Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Daniel. Le logement était impeccable et agréable pour 4. Daniel est un hôte très réactif ! Le logement est situé dans un quartier calme à 10 min à pied du musée des arts et des sciences. Pour explorer Valence centre ; le tram 10 est situé juste à côté du logement. Il permet de rejoindre les différentes lignes de métro. Nous recommandons !

we had a wonderful time at the apartment. Jose is a terrific host, who makes you feel at home. the apartment is clean and has everything you need. it has a small balcony to sit outside. the beach is not far and als a bakery, supermarket and some good restaurants are in the neighbourhood. don't hesitate, book it if you want to have a lovely time in Valencia.

The apartment was a great place to stay with a young family. The beach and supermarket were within easy walking distance and it was really well connected by multiple bus routes for easy travel into the city. The area is a reasonably quiet residential area with nice relaxed vibe. The apartment was well provisioned with everything we needed including beach equipment and beach towels which was a nice extra. Getting in was relatively simple, we were met by the cleaner to give us the key and she was friendly. Ambrosio was proactive in communication beforehand to arrange everything and was responsive to messages when initially we couldn't locate the person for the key.

Our family had a great time and Sergio was a wonderful host. He was very helpful and gave great recommendations for things to do and see in the city.

Hemos pasado unos días de descanso en familia muy agradables, el piso estaba reformado y con todos los servicios funcionando al 100%, es un sitio muy tranquilo y con el mar y la playa cruzando la calle, y un paseo marítimo muy agradable para caminar, le agradezco ha Cristina lo bonito que tiene el piso y a Diana la flexibilidad que tuvo tanto para la llegada como para la salida, muchas gracias por todo

El alojamiento se encuentra en una zona muy buena, con la posibilidad de pasear y ver el puerto y muy cerca de la playa. El acceso en coche fue fácil y tiene parking en esa misma calle. El piso es amplio, estaba bastante limpio y las camas eran cómodas. Si bien algunos muebles y paredes necesitarían restauración, no presenta problema alguno para la estancia. Pascual estuvo siempre atento y disponible, tanto a la llegada como a nuestra salida. Totalmente recomendable.

Great apartment! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent – close to the sea, with a supermarket nearby, and a nice area for evening walks. The Wi-Fi works perfectly. The host is very friendly and always ready to help. Highly recommend!

Great communication, clear and concise including videos so there is absolutely no confusion on how to check in or any question you might have. As well as providing a list of interesting things to do in the area including a link for each of the activities. Enhorabuena! Second, the place. Wow, simply put I wish I could call that place my home, from the moment you open the door you are taken on a trip to a classic Valencia vibe, from the decorations to the structure to the amenities to the old fashion patio, and the complimentary wine bottle just fits so right as you settle in. Appartement très confortable dans une petite maison. L'appartement superbement aménagé dispose de tout le confort nécessaire et est tres bien équipé. Il est bien situé : quasiement face à la plage de la Marva-Rosa, à proximité des commerces et des transports pour se rendre dans le centre ville de Valence. José est un hôte très accueillant et bienveillant. Je recommande vivement cette location.

We had a great time in the house. 1. We found it easily, with very clear instructions provided 2. The place was very clean 3. The rooms were large and as described, and the bedrooms had blinds/shutters so they were dark for sleeping 4. There were plenty of items in the kitchen, so it was easy to cook 5. Parking was very easy - on street or in the garage 6. The view of the beach/sea was great from the rooms and garden 7. There were lots of things to entertain - games, beach toys, bikes, beach towels etc.

We werden heel goed ontvangen, Christina wachtte ons zelfs op midden in de nacht! Het huis is heel goed voorzien voor een grote groep met aparte badkamers en prachtige dakterrassen!

Espe’s place was fantastic. A great location for walking to the beach, the bus/ metro stops, and the local market. The area felt really friendly and there were excellent local bakeries and bars. A large nearby park was a great bonus for our 6 year old. The house was spotless, well proportioned and had comfortable beds. Getting in and out of the house with keyless entry was really easy.

Everything we needed for a family stay. i especially loved the wealth of towels, including beach towels which was so handy! there were also loads of toys, buckets for the beach, high chair baby bath, washing machine. the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was really well equipped with lots of essentials. José was friendly and helpful and it was super clean. we had a two year old and five year old and it was an easy walk to the beach.

Tolle Wohnung in TOP Lage. Nur ein paar Minuten zum Meer, Geschäfte und Restaurants um die Ecke. Die Markthalle ist nicht weit und die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist perfekt. Alles war sauber und hervorragend eingerichtet. Sehr, sehr empfehlenswert!

Très chouette Airbnb, bien placé si vous êtes véhiculé pour aller à Valence. Dans un quartier calme avec les magasins disponibles. Bémol pour le lit/divan du salon qui est extrêmement désagréable, met le reste vaut la peine nous ne mettons donc pas de mauvaises quotation

nos encantó el apartamento, disfrutamos mucho las vistas, aunque no estuvimos mucho tiempo, pero el momento de estar nos sentimos como estas casa, y los detalles. pensó en todo hasta nos dejó una bienvenida refrescante. muchas gracias 😊

Carla is a great host. She waited for us to arrive late into the night. The apartment is nicely decorated and has everything one initially needs—especially the Nescafé coffee machine. There are local stores one can walk to you can buy the essentials like bread and coffee. There’s a Carrefour supermarket just 10 minutes drive and a couple other supermarkets in the town of Puçol. The location is perfect for a quick drive into the city (25 minutes). The boardwalk in Poçul is only a couple of blocks from the apartment with restaurants and ice cream shops. A Valencia is a beautiful city and we followed the recommendations Carla gave us. Our stay was too short 5 days but we plan on coming back for a longer time. 100% recommend!

Die Bilder der Wohnung werden von der Realität noch übertroffen. Vor allem können sie nicht das Meeresrauschen wiedergeben. Bei Bezug war die Wohnung sehr sauber. Auch mit 6 Erwachsenen gab es genug Platz. Die Ausstattung war optimal. Ich habe das erste mal in einer Ferienwohnung Küchenmesser gehabt, mit denen man arbeiten konnte. Nicht ganz günstig aber für uns den Preis wert.

I hardly know where to start…it felt like an absolute privilege to stay in this lovingly restored turn of the century building. Every detail was thought through and it felt like walking into a film set but at the same time sooo comfortable. The indoor courtyard is an added plus, a refuge away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The el-Cabanyal area is quirky and fun and close to the beach. Lorena was friendly and gave us some great tips which added to our enjoyment of the area. If I could give ten stars i would.

L’appartement correspondait à la description. Maison propre, bien équipée et le parking était un vrai +. L’hôte Eva était très sympathique et accueillante.
