Vacation rentals with a patio in Russafa, L'Eixample

Thank you for an amazing stay. The communication from Katie and Leon leading up to the trip was great. Check in was easy and we really appreciated being met by Leon who was really friendly and gave us some tips for our stay. The apartment was clean, modern and in a great location to move around the city. We definitely recommend!

Lucie offered us a wonderful home for an extended weekend. She well-provided us with a very helpful instruction booklet with lots of fantastic tipps, we really appreciated and followed some of then :) The home is in a perfect central location and very clean (although there were some dead ants in the corner), only the water pressure of the shower was a bit low, otherwise nothing to complain and 100% recommended to everyone!

A very comfortable apartment and convenient for the tram station and supermarket. Everything went smoothly and Rebeca was always helpful and friendly.

A brilliant stay, the flat was very clean and the terrace was brilliant for morning and early afternoon sun. The kitchen had everything you need for evening meals. Abel was very helpful on check in and check out. Look forward to staying again!

We felt welcome in the accommodation, you can get around by metro very easily anywhere in Valencia. The hostess is very kind and understanding.

Vanessa was very friendly and answered any questions very quickly and clearly. The house is as described, ideal for up to 4 people. The bathroom and kitchen are fully functional and the beds / sofa bed are comfortable. The terrace has great views and you can see the sea without any buildings blocking it. The area is quiet (we went during Holy Week) less than a 5-minute walk to the beach. And there is also an area with restaurants, cafes, a wide promenade, a children's area, a port, etc. In other words, you can have fun if you go with children. The beach is sandy, no stones. In short, a very good option to spend a few days on the beach, but 20 minutes from Valencia to see the city of arts, the town hall area and very close to little Venice.

A lovely place to stay. Quiet, yet easy walking distance to nice restaurants, bars and beach. Really easy to get anywhere in the city on public transport and an easy bike ride into town.

Unfortunately, due to ill health my wife and I were unable to travel. However, my sister-in-law and her husband did travel and used the apartment. It was located very close to Valencia airport and proved ideal for people arriving into Valencia late at night. While I didn't get to travel, I did have excellent communications with Fran in making travel arrangements. His prompt responses and advice were so helpful. A great host.

The stay was great. Rocio has responded quite quickly at all times. The accommodation is ideal to spend a few days with friends, with a great location, and well cared for. We would repeat our stay again

We had an amazing time at Alexandra's home! Communication was very smooth and extremely friendly, which is always very pleasant if you have any questions. The house has been completely renovated, and very nicely decorated. The location is ideal, within walking distance of metro and bus station to get into the city and within walking distance of the harbor/beach. It was wonderful to stay on the roof terrace, with beautiful southern plants. We stayed there during the "santa semana", and were able to experience these unique processions from very close in the streets of the neighborhood. Valencia stole our heart, if we come back with our group, we will definitely stay in Alexandra's house again.

Espe’s place was fantastic. A great location for walking to the beach, the bus/ metro stops, and the local market. The area felt really friendly and there were excellent local bakeries and bars. A large nearby park was a great bonus for our 6 year old. The house was spotless, well proportioned and had comfortable beds. Getting in and out of the house with keyless entry was really easy.

We were very pleased with the accommodation. It was superbly equipped, and there were plenty of toys for the children. The tram stop just around the corner provides quick access to the city. Ariadna gave us lots of tips and was always easy to reach. We'd love to come back.

The first impression of the entire family, when we entered and toured the apartment, was, “This looks even better than the pictures”. The apartment is beautiful, it was extremely clean, had all the amenities, and was super well taken care of. The host replied almost immediately anytime we had questions. It is located in a beautiful, quiet, and clean area right next to the beach and sea. We ended up extending our stay here 2x! Incredible host and apartment. Thank you for the wonderful stay. We all loved your apartment!

Everything perfect, location and so on in our case was by gym theme and we had it a 5-minute walk away. The only catch is the armchair bed that is not bad but could be better for the rest, she is very nice and attentive and the house is very nice and cozy.

Enrique's place is a small pearl: well arranged, clean and with all amenities (sheets, towels, kitchen utensils, cutlery, hygiene and cleaning products...). We had a pleasant stay. Enrique is a responsive and friendly host, who gave us all the instructions we needed to access the accommodation and have a pleasant stay. The neighborhood doesn't pay off at first, but just walk around a bit to see its picturesque side. The beach is a few blocks from the apartment and, depending on the time, it is relatively easy to find a parking space. We strongly recommend!

Had a very nice stay in this appartement. Everything was well equipped even some extra’s like perfume and cooking supplies. I can really recommend this stay !

We were two adults and a child for 4 days. The place was clean and had all the amenities. Located near the beach and restaurants. Communication with Daniel was very easy and fast, he was always making sure we were comfortable, Mariana, who was the person who welcomed us, was charming. In short, we were very comfortable. We had an excellent stay at Elena and Wilfort’s place. It is a perfect quiet location only 20 minutes ride from Valencia. The beach is 3 minutes walk and perfect for long walks. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. It offers a beautiful sea view as well. The building is very quiet and clean. The hosts were very kind and friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again !

Pasqualis was the nicest host we have ever had. He met us and helped with our suitcases and was very responsive to some minor issues that we had. His apartment was fantastic and situated perfectly in the old town. Thanks Pasqualis we had an amazing stay 😊

Jana's place was perfect for my 2-night-stay in Valencia. Pretty much everything I wanted to see was within an easy walking distance. The studio itself is modern, clean and very spacious. Would happily recommend it to others and would book again when coming back to Valencia!

Patri was such an A+ host. She communicated days before we arrived, and was flexible with our arrival and departure times. She met us in person to give us a tour of her place, and provided some little touches, like a basket of fruit and vegetables, and some other goodies. She also gave us some good ideas on Fallas celebrations in the areas, and was very responsive for a couple of questions I had during the stay. Gracias Patri! :)
