Fireside Lake is a great lake for swimming, fishing and water sports. Located right on trails for snowmobiling and ATV/UTV riding. Several golf courses nearby and 15 minutes from Christie Mountain for snow skiing and tubing during the winter months. Additional cabins are available for rent.

Relaxing fun bunk house 1

When you need a break from trail riding the best ATV and snowmobile trails in Northern WI, hiking the beautiful Bluehills Ice Age trail, downhill skiing at Christie Mountain, or hunting and fishing...do it with us in these unique and beautiful cabins. There are three wonderful Restaurants/Bars within walking distance from the front door. Weyerhaeuser also has a wonderful park with a playground, ball fields, and a six pickle ball courts.

Jerry and Eileen's cabin was perfect for our getaway! Jerry greeted us when we arrived, and came to say goodbye as were leaving, and we spoke with Eileen on the phone. They are wonderful people sharing this beautiful cabin with us. The fireplace was so cozy, and we spent all our time in the comfortable living room. We had a great time and will be back!

Lake life - a 4 seasons dream!

Would like to say first how great this cabin works for us on our annual ice fishing trip. This is our 4th year staying at Amy’s cabin on potato lake and it was another great time. There were 9 of us and we all had comfortable beds to sleep in and a nice clean cabin to come home to in the evenings. This is not the only VRBO we have rented through the years but will tell you it’s totally our favorite and having Amy as a host only makes it more relaxing . Amy your cabin is perfect for us and you are by far the best host we have run into. If you are lucky enough to get a chance to stay here, Lured Inn bar is half a mile down the road and is a great compliment to the cabin. Good food, good people and great cocktails! Thank you all for memories, and yes we have always come home with a lot of fish!

Waterfront fun for everyone on the Flambeau River!

After a slight delay in getting the correct door combo installed, we had a delightful stay on the river. The pontoon boat makes a great deck to relax on to watch wildlife, the occasional boat (including an airboat and tubers), and crawdads in the river. The big Roku TVs and comfy sofas were excellent.
