Shaune and Danny were super host! They treat us like family. Cozy , super clean place, amazing view , great local town and it has everything you need to relax , cook , grill and unplug. Yet you can still check your email. My 3 Golden’s loved it and she was kind enough to let us have them! She left us the most delicious home mad jelly and dog treats. Recommend her place and other rentals 100% thank you! 🥰

We were very glad we decided to choose this cabin for our weekend getaway. It had all of the basics we needed for making our meals during our stay; the bed was very comfortable; the cabin was very clean and the hot tub was the perfect bonus. We would not hesitate to come back here again in the future.

The cottage was a very peaceful and private place with beautiful views. My husband and I greatly enjoyed the relaxing setting and hot tub. I was able to read on the beach that looks out on the bay. It was great to also be so close to two towns with plenty to do and plenty of restaurants. Highly recommend the cottage for a relaxing place to stay.

All I can say is AMAZING! Amazing view, amazing views and AMAZING host! Laura is a wealth of info and even let us know that the northern lights were active! Her place was so well stocked and pretty much everything you would need. Laura and her husband are top notch hosts and exactly how Airbnb hosts should be. Laura is an incredible artist and she even showed us her studio! This was a 100/10 stay! Can’t wait to go back!!

This is our second stay and we had such an enjoyable weekend! I thought the hot tub was going to be the highlight of our trip and, while it was definitely in the top 2, it was the layout of the kitchen/dining area that was the highlight for us. There was space for us to all be together without feeling cramped. The wide open concept is perfect! I absolutely love this place and will be a return customer for as long as you are open to rentals.

I had a wonderful stay at this quaint and quiet getaway spot. even though I read the instructions before heading over. I still got lost on the way, and once there, I accidentally parked in the wrong driveway a gentleman pointed me in the right direction next door to the Flora suite. once in, I could tell it was freshly cleaned when I came in and was very pleasantly surprised by the space, well organized and comfortable. Thanks! I'd love to came back here with some company someday. wonderful experience

We rented the place for a girls weekend. Really cozy home, nice private backyard and we were able to use the hot tub which was nice. Kitchen and living area were just what we needed and we had enough space for everyone to sleep. Only one bathroom upstairs but we managed! The place is not far from downtown and very easy to find. Host was very responsive as well. We really enjoyed our stay! Would recommend!

It was the perfect place to celebrate my 40th birthday weekend with a few friends! Right from the start we were made to feel welcome with a welcome basket with everything we needed for smores including fire starters and sticks in addition to nice handwritten note. We all loved the cottage inside with more than enough room for both kids and adults to relax or play games, sleep and eat supper. Outside was also great with the bbq, fire pit, propane fire table, especially at night with the amazing stars!), yard games and of course the beautiful lake especially with the leaves at this time of year! We enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards and a little swimming repeatedly including the last morning after the hosts graciously allowed us to check out a couple hour later! We, especially the kids, also enjoyed the visits from a very friendly pug the hosts had told us would likely drop by. All in all I highly recommend staying at Shore Thing Cottage! We will definitely consider coming back!
