Large bedroom where the beds can be separated, and the open-plan kitchen/living room has a pull-out sofa and a pull-out chair. A ski storage room is available for use.

Rentoudu luonnonrauhassa kirkasvetisen Kuontijärven rannalla lähellä Rukan palveluita. Mökki (40 neliöitä/kaksio + parvi) on hyvin varusteltu. Tunnelmaa luo avotakka tuvassa. Useita mahtavia aktiviteetteja suoraan ulko-ovelta: talvisin vierestä menee Kuontivaaran hiihtolenkki sekä kesäisin maastopyöräilyreitti (Kouvervaaran lenkki). Lähin ruokakauppa autolla noin 10 minuuttia (Ruka). Mökki on osa taloyhtiötä, samalla pihapiirillä yksi paritalomökki ja yksi kolmesta huoneistosta koostuva mökki.

Kaksi hissilippua sisältyy majoituksen ajaksi. Talviranta tarjoaa rauhallisen mökkielämyksen veden äärellä. Terassi avaa järvinäkymän ja laiturilta pääsee uimaan. Talvella huollettu latu kulkee jäällä liittyen isoon latuverkostoon ja jään yli pääsee kävellen lähimmälle hissille. Parvi ja alakerta antavat käyttöön suuret parisängyt ja olohuoneen vuodesohva lisää tilaa perheille ja pienille ryhmille. Sauna, pyykinpesukone ja hyvin varusteltu keittiö helpottavat majoittumista ulkoilun jälkeen.

Lämminhenkinen mökki Kitkajärven rannalla kaikilla mukavuuksilla. Hanasta tulee puhdas lähdevesi. Puilla lämmitettävä sauna. Oma ranta (80 m. mökiltä) soutuveneellä varustettu sähköperämoottori. Kylpytynnyri, lakanat ja pyyhkeet sopimuksen mukaan (lisämaksu). Lumikengät ja lasten pulkat saa käyttää. Lähellä sijaitsevat: esim hiihtokeskus Ruka mökiltä 19 km (noin 20 min automatka) , kansallispuisto Riisitunturi 18 km (noin 15 min automatka), myös Valtavaara, Konttainen, Karhunkierros lähellä.
