Two lift tickets are included for the duration of the stay. Talviranta offers a peaceful cottage experience by the water. The terrace opens up to a lake view and the dock is accessible for swimming. In winter, the maintained ski trail runs on the ice, connecting to a large ski trail network, and you can walk over the ice to the nearest ski lift. The loft and downstairs provide large double beds and a sofa bed in the living room for more space for families and small groups. A sauna, washing machine and well-equipped kitchen make it easy to stay after outdoor activities.

Cozy log cabin semi-detached house near the center of Ruka. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances (dishwasher, induction stove, oven, microwave) and comprehensive dishes. Downstairs in the cottage, the living room-kitchen is an open space and there is one bedroom with a double bed. Attic upstairs with separate sleeping areas at the ends. One with a sofa bed and the other with two separate beds. Wi-Fi connection, air heat pump, 11kw charger with type2 connector (electricity is charged separately). A short distance to the ski trail from the yard of the cottage!

In addition to the half 64.5 sqm of Kelopar house, a spacious loft of about 20 square meters, which makes the cottage size remarkably more spacious (see photos). The cottage is near Rukatunturi about five kilometers in the direction of Kuusamo, so it's perfect for those who appreciate the tranquility but those in need of Ruka services. Rukan Ski-Bus runs from the proximity/side of the cottage during the ski season. Attention! Seasonal Christmas, New Year, and Weeks 8-15 rental only Saturday-Saturday. This special place is close to everything, which makes it easier to plan your visit. Talvijärvi ski lift 250 m and Rukakylä services, e.g. restaurants, shops, taxi station... within walking distance. The ski trail is next door, from where you can access all the ski trails in the Ruka area. There are ski trails for active and fitness skiers. View of Talvijärvi from the balcony. The common ski maintenance area is in the F-house. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the apartment. Linen and cleaning are included in the price.
