Kick back and relax in this sunny, quiet, modern home, perfect for families. Located only 800m from the western end of the bay, it is only 5 minutes to all the hiking and biking trails on offer AND just around the corner from the golf course. There is a large deck and lawn to enjoy the sun, and the fully fenced section is perfect for playing lawn games or kicking the ball around. There is plenty of off road parking and space for a boat (if you can manage a tight driveway) or just use the kayaks.

A large section has room for the boat with the boat ramp only a short 1 min drive away. This Bach is perfect for both a summer or a winter holiday. Ruaphehu ski fields are a 40 min drive, and mountain biking and thermal hot pools hit the spot during winter. Boating, fishing, kayaking, and hikes are close by during summer.

The bach has 2 bedrooms upstairs (one with a double bed and the other with 2 sets of bunks). There is a bedroom with a queen bed downstairs. In the lounge downstairs is another set of bunks. There are local shops and a local cafe, or travel 5km to Taupo.

It is in a superb location - right on the lake front, with only reserve between the bach and the lake.
