A beautiful farmhouse with abundant space in wonderful surroundings. it was perfect for a gathering of 12 friends over the weekend, with space enough for communal eating and socialising but also separate spaces so people weren't on top of each other all the time. Easy instructions for check in and check out, nothing complicated or onerous to deal with. Sarah was friendly and communicative. There are many local amenities but equally plenty of entertainment at the house in the form of books, games, and TV. Thank you!

My son and I recently stayed at the cabin for an Easter break. The location was great for local walks and climbs but also close enough to Harrogate for a change of pace. The cabin itself was a great experience, my son especially loved roasting marshmallows on the fire. We also had our Labrador in tow, so the secure paddock for him to stretch his legs was an added bonus. On a sunny day it was perfect to sit on the seating area and take in the surrounding views. John as a host was brilliant, he set us up on arrival and was close by if we needed anything at all.

Phil and Claire’s house was lovely, very homey and just what we needed for our stay as a family. They were very great at accommodating our last minute booking after another Air B N B cancelled, and were fast at communicating. The surroundings were stunning, probably the best view I’ve ever had when washing up !

I’d like to thank Gill for letting me and my wife Karley stay for the weekend It was my wife’s 40th birthday so I wanted to take her to somewhere piece full and this little cottage was just that Gill was very helpful with the booking from start to finish and was understanding on what time we would be arriving as we wanted to walk around York town before we got to the accommodation The cottage was clean, tidy and very homely with the added bonus of the little things Gill put in for Karley’s birthday It was such a nice weekend and I’d definitely want to return again We LOVED it Thankyou Gill

One of the best air BNBs we have stayed in. Top quality furnishings and fixtures through out. A great personal touch with how the property was renovated and a great guide for the property. Superb location for Shibden Hall, which is a 1 minute walk away from and a lovely park to explore or just take the dog for a quick walk. Loads to do in the area, The Piece Hall is definitely worth a visit.

Clive’s place is beautiful, it was a perfect, peaceful sanctuary for us whilst on our honeymoon. Clive couldn’t do enough for us, he went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay, by far the most helpful and generous Airbnb host we’ve ever met. I couldn’t recommend this stay highly enough. Simply incredible!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding which was at East Riddlesden Hall. Our daughter got ready with us in the farmhouse and then they stayed in The Piggery for the wedding night. Fantastic location, views are amazing and Fiona couldn’t have been more helpful. If you like walking, footpaths go straight from the property.

It was as we expected as, until recently, we lived nearby. Lovely little cottage very tastefully furnished. Very comfortable bed and lovely ensuite. Stairs could be a challenge for someone with mobility issues. The road is noisy in the day but you should expect that as its the main Wetherby to Harrogate road. Little courtyard is a gem with sun on it in the afternoon. The park around the corner is beautiful, just sit and watch the river flow by.

The caravan is sited on a lovely site and access to the site & caravan is straight forward using the instructions sent from Mary-Ann. On entering the caravan you find a lovely open plan lounge & kitchen, 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom has its own toilet and sink and a seperate shower room. Operating the heating is very easy by following the instructions received prior to arrival. The caravan is very comfortable and the kitchen is fully equiped with everything you would need for your stay and there are also towels, coffee, tea, biscuits, washing liquid, hand wash and even a throw for our dog. We found the site lovely and quiet and we had some lovely walks into Knaresborough along the river and along Abbey Road and found some lovely dog friendly local pubs serving excellent food. All in all we had a fantastic break and we would happily return.

Perfect spacious cottage with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Everything as described. The host was very responsive and helpful. Very close to York or nearby towns. One tiny fault: when in the garden or opening the windows, be prepared to be exposed to some noise from passing cars and countryside smells:) But the sunset was worth it!

Had an excellent stay in Saltaire. The house was cosy and comfortable, and just as described. Catherine had put together an incredibly informative information pack, filled with great tips and recommendations. The house is in the centre of Saltaire and was easily walkable to all the local amenities. A great base for exploring further afield too - we headed up to the Dales and into Bradford too, and both were easy journeys. No direct parking but we easily found a spot on the nearby local roads which was completely fine. The main road at the front of the house is busy, and quite loud, but mostly an in issue during the day when you’re out and about, so didn’t really affect us at all. Thank you for a wonderful stay - we very much look forward to returning!

When we turned up we were greeted and taken to the cabin to check in. Rias father was very helpful and made us feel very welcome, everything was explained to us and anything we should need we just had to ask. We absolutely loved our stay, it was such a cosy cabin and very much needed for some time away, it was in a lovely peaceful area and just a short drive away to the local shops and restaurants 😀 We will certainly book to stay here again. This was a very lovely place to spend the Easter holidays. We enjoyed the walks around Aberford including up to the Triumphal Arch on the Parlington Estate. Lotherton Hall is worth a visit as it is just nearby. It was very easy to get to Leeds and York for day trips - both cities being only 30 minutes away - and it was nice to come back to a cosy cottage to relax in the evenings. We had no issues with parking and were able to find a close space on the street outside the house. Chris was a good and highly responsive host from the outset making sure that we had arrived safely and provided useful advice throughout our stay. We very much enjoyed our time here and have no hesitation in recommending Chris’s cottage as a relaxing and comfortable place to stay. Thank you.

We had an amazing stay, Claire's had everything we could possibly need & more! Location was great, a 1 minute walk to the local pub which was really friendly & great for quiz night on a Wednesday! A 20 minute walk into Holmfirth for a choice of lovely coffee shops & places to eat! Plenty of walks & bike rides straight out of the house! Lovely cottage close to great restaurants and pubs, as well as the dam and lovely woods. Fantastic cycling routes nearby. We particularly liked the Fox and Hounds which had live music and great food and real ale. The cottage was lovely, spotlessly clean and very comfortable and very convenient to everything we wanted to do. Alexandra provided very clear instructions which was most helpful. Would love to return.

We had a lovely stay at Fern Cottage. Location was an ideal base to visit the area and the house was spacious and clean with all amenities available. The welcome basket was a nice touch and the hot tub was ready to go on our arrival. Aftab was a responsive host and provided clear instructions on everything necessary. We were a family group with a dog, and there were great walks nearby and local pub right across the road. We would definitely recommend a stay here and if we plan to come back to the area, would look to stay again.

A lovely clean and warm cottage only 15 minutes from Ilkley. Access a bit tricky unless you have a 4WD car which we had so no problem. The host kindly left wine, chocolate and fruit cake for us. The cottage is very spacious and easily can sleep 4 in 2 bedrooms.
