Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Round Top

it was a family gathering and we had so much fun put of the hustle and bustle of daily life. the house was clean and well organized and we had such a great time!

We had a wonderful stay at Hempstead House. With our family ranch just a few miles away, the location was ideal for accommodating overflow during our visit. The recently renovated farmhouse impressed us with its thoughtful updates and stylish interior design. It offered the perfect blend of comfort and charm. We look forward to staying here again during future family gatherings at the ranch.

The property was great and exactly as described. Maria was a great host and always very quick to respond if I had any questions.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this rural property. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is superb and well equipped, and the whole house is relaxing and inviting. The house is very much out of town and had a private, secluded feel to it, but it's only a 10 minute drive to Bastrop to get groceries, go to a restaurant, or find anything else you might need. The outdoor spaces at the house are great and provide plenty of space to spread out. The pool is not heated and was too cool for my liking (we were there at the end of April with temps in the 90s). Overall, would recommend for a family. The master bedroom is palatial with its own deluxe ensuite, desk, and sitting area. The other two bedrooms share a jack and jill bathroom, and do have a powder room close by. There is another full bathroom on the lower level of the house which is great for the pool and hot tub, but can only be accessed by going outside and down the stairs.

Wonderful “farmhouse“ in the heart of bluebonnet country. Close to Bellville, and not far from Brenham, our stay at Ives Creek Organics was great! Carrie is a responsive, pleasant host. The cottage was clean, up-to-date, and inviting. I felt right at home immediately. Comfortable beds and sheets! Plenty of space in the great room. You’ll love the farm surroundings, vegetable and animal. Just a hop off the highway. Easy access and quiet surroundings, we also felt very secure. I’ll stay again if in the area, maybe even use the fire pit and patio.

Absolutely loved our stay! This place deserves every one of its five stars! The setting was stunning, peaceful, and perfectly suited for a relaxing getaway. Every little detail was thought through, from the cozy, well-designed interiors to the fully stocked kitchen and the super fun pickle ball court. We enjoyed chatting by the fire pit under the string lights, playing games around the dining room table, and visiting nearby attractions. It was clear that the hosts put a lot of care into making guests feel completely at home. Immaculately clean, easy check-in, and great communication made everything effortless. We couldn’t have asked for more - highly recommend!

loved the house just as described very clean, spacious and comfortable has everything we needed and close to town. just slow on communication about getting into the house waited 2 and half hours to get the code for house.

Peaceful & just what I needed for a “me treat”

Andy’s listing is great. The access to the river is amazing. We sat out in the hammocks for hours relaxing. Our dog enjoyed the stay as well.

We stayed here for a few days of Round Top shopping (about 25 minutes away). The property is beautiful and peaceful, and the hosts are communicative and helpful. The rental was nice and clean, had everything we needed, and was comfortable - just now it’s all open so kitchen and living and beds are all in one large room. Highly recommend for a relaxing few days away or for a place to stay while visiting Round Top.

This farm cannot compare to the beautiful Nature of the owner and hostess. She is the best at making you feel right at home. The place is going to become my area go to. Thank you Rin for absolutely a divine visit!!

Barbara’s cabin was truly a hidden gem in the outskirts of Smithville. I have tons of family who have lived in Smithville since the 50’s if not earlier so I’ve grown up in Smithville and to have a place like this cabin to stay at when visiting family is amazing! The photos truly don’t do it justice. The property is very well maintained and it was freshly mowed. It’s on a few acres and has plenty of space outside to roam and enjoy the view of the river. It ac works very well, I ended up sleeping on the futon which was comfortable enough to me and everything is very clean and well-kept. My only complaint would be the lock on the gate was fairly hard to work (push back together and get it to stick, even after changing all the numbers on the pad).

Allison's stay was everything we could ask for. It was a home away from home, plus some cool amenities. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was pristine, the living room couch was super cozy, the porch and outdoor bbq area were relaxing, and the Jacuzzi was the perfect touch. Although the house wasn't far from the road, it felt secluded and private. This was was everything we could ask for and more. I would 100% recommend this stay for anyone looking for a private home feel. And of course Allison was incredibly friendly and very proactive with her communication. She helped us feel right at home.

It was so peaceful I didn’t wanna leave . Ronald was even nice enough to let me have a late check out . The lake is so beautiful. You can sit outside and enjoy it. I even caught a catfish my first one. Would stay again.

Very lovely stay while my friends and I visit the Renaissance Farie! It was nice, quiet and very cosy, it get right at home. My friends and I are definitely planning on coming back to stay again in the future :)

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! It was clean, comfortable, peaceful, and so quiet — exactly what we needed. Our favorite part was being greeted by Denver the dog; he absolutely stole our hearts and made us feel right at home. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy more time on the beautiful porches and soak in the amazing views. The location was also perfect and close to what we were working on. We would definitely love to come back!

This was by far my most favorite Airbnb we have ever stayed at! It was the most perfect place to unwind after a day at Sherwood and a girls night away. If you are looking for that cabin stay in the woods with the most beautiful body of water you have ever seen - stay here. It’s so great, I booked it again in a month for my hubby and son to see what the fuss was all about. The air conditioners were AMAZING and I didn’t even realize there was no WiFi! We were so preoccupied with nature and playing boardgames on the huge deck, we didn’t even notice.
