A 5-star feel-good house, individually and exquisitely furnished, with its own sauna house and natural pool (on our neighboring property), all shielded from view and fenced. With photovoltaic systems and an electric vehicle charging station. Our wellness area is located on our neighboring property: a luxuriously furnished house with spacious sauna, sunbathing area overlooking the natural pool, large shower area and toilet. Outdoor: with a secluded sunbathing area, outdoor shower and natural pool (without chemicals).

The two-story villa is nestled among trees, with a path leading to the water's edge. A large balcony overlooks the scenic surroundings, while outdoor seating is positioned in the garden area. The adjacent building, visible in the background, complements the tranquil setting.

Renovated manor house with all the comforts

Enjoy a break with friends or family in this noble place. Manor house with plenty of space in stately rooms. On the first floor, you have an exclusive 100 m² fireplace room with a country kitchen. On the 2nd floor, there are 6 bedrooms with new box-spring beds and en-suite bathrooms, which can be reached via a small staircase from the fireplace room or via the main staircase. In the manor house, there is also a small restaurant "Hofküche" on the first floor.

Our beautiful thatched house (BJ 1995) is located away from tourism in the quiet village of Pruchten. It's surrounded by meadows and paddocks. From the two terraces you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view over the 3000 m ², partly natural plot (Ginster) and the countryside. The Bodden can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Very close to the house, the bike path runs in the direction of Zingst (about 20 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach), Prerow or Barth.
