Our lovingly restored and converted stone barn. Our aim is for guests to experience a historic and traditional Irish country home, while enjoying the comforts of modern living. We have SKYTV, DVD and WIFI but we can also offer the peace and quiet of the rural Irish countyside. Three double bedrooms compliment a spacious open plan ground floor. With its own grounds and parking, this stone property is on the edge of three counties and perfect for exploring the ancient south east and its coast.

The guesthouse

Spacious one bedroom luxury guesthouse suitable for 2 guests, peaceful quiet area just outside Blackwater village, near to Ballyconnigar beach & less than a 10 minute walk to local village with "The Recovery yard" offering a sauna & plunge pool which can be booked online. Blackwater village also hosts a newly renovated & recently opened restaurant/pub, an Asian takeaway, Linda’s chipper, Blackwater coffee company, two pubs & a spar supermarket. The Ravenport hotel is also just a 10 minute drive.

Recently renovated with a unique interior style, our home is comfortable, spacious and very peaceful. There are a total of 3 bedrooms (2 with low ceiling) with a separate games room, a pool table and Irish pub furnishings and the loveliest lake views.
