Ho soggiornato nella casa di Mascia per 5 giorni, è stato come essere a casa. l' appartamento è grande, confortevole, caldo, ed è stato consegnato molto pulito. Il condominio è silenzioso. Mascia è una persona molto disponibile e accogliente ,il soggiorno è stato perfetto.Lo consiglio.

La casa di Francesco è veramente bella e pulita, c’è tutto quello che ti serve, e con una vista al mare spettacolare, come lo è anche Paola. Tornerei 🫶🏼

Alloggio piccolo ma carino e ottimale per due persone, pulito e con presente tutto il necessario. È vicino al centro storico della città e ad un centro commerciale. Vincenzo e il padre sono stati molto gentili e disponibili.

Fully renovated, simply furnished one and a half bedroom apartment on the second floor (European count) of an early 1970's townhouse. Dining table for 6. Quiet location although only 100 m from sandy beach. Solid locks on front door and apartment. Parking directly in front of the house. Reception and briefing by the friendly hosts. Excellent mattresses and very good cotton bedding. Quiet sleep. Good washing machine, washing line in front of the window, laundry dries within hours despite the proximity to the sea. Kitchen equipped with proper pots and pans. Coffee capsule espresso machine. Wi-Fi 40 Mbit/s good for video streaming and voip.

The residence was recommended to me so I didn't scrutinize the listing as I should. The apartment is certainly clean, comfortable, and spacious but I failed to notice that the listing says the unit does not have WiFi. It turns out we didn't stay inside very much anyway but the lack of WiFi limited what we could do while in the room. Otherwise, the location is great, right beside a park and a few hundred feet from a pedestrian avenue with bars and restaurants. It was also very quiet.

This was an amazing stay!! The place itself was cute, spacious, and fully equipped with a private garden, and the hosts were genuinely so kind and helpful they made us feel like family. We loved exploring their recommendations. When we had an issue with our next booking, they were very helpful and went out of their way to give us the support we needed. Marco and Giulia are 15/10 hosts!

Catia ist eine besonders aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Sie wohnt im selben Haus im Erdgeschoß und hilft mit Rat und Tat. Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Fotos.

Ottima posizione, alloggio ampio e spazioso. Consigliatissimo!

Massimo is a very welcoming host. He made sure that we had everything we needed. The Appartement is small but contains everything you need for cooking and was super clean. The area is very beautiful and the forests are serene. It is the perfect spot for going on hikes and longer daytrips. We had a great stay!

The apartment is in a very convenient location in central Cosenza. It is equipped with all the amenities you would need for a stay of any length. The bedroom is very dark and quiet- you will sleep well here! The terrace is a highlight with beautiful views of the city and surrounding lamdscape- on clear days you can see the snow-capped peaks of the Pollino. Vittorio is responsive, helpful, and friendly, and goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are comfortable. I would recommend him as a host anytime!

Elvira è una persona cordiale, disponibile e precisa nelle comunicazioni. La casa è accogliente, funzionale e ben attrezzata. Il posto è tranquillo e vicino ai servizi.

Pasquale und seine Mutter waren sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber! Pasquale war jederzeit zu erreichen. Das gemütliche Apartment liegt in einer wunderschönen Klosteranlage am Rande des Ortes Cirò. Besonders die Küche und die Terrasse sind hervorzuheben! Grazie!

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana presso l'agriturismo di Dioniso e siamo stati veramente bene. Un'oasi di pace e tranquillità a 10 minuti in auto dal mare. Perfetto per rilassarsi e adatto a chi ha animali. L'appartamento molto carino e semplice ma molto comodo.

Spent a quick two nights at Monica’s place in Cosenza. Everything was great. Comfortable bed and linens. Very very clean. The location was perfect. Everything is within walking distance. Monica was fantastic and super kind. Thank you for your hospitality.

Antonella is a great host. As my wife and I arrived in Civita, Antonella was waiting for us in the main square and, after we met, brought us to her place (we drove there following her car, don’t trust Google Maps). The room we stayed in is very spacious, and the balcony has table and chairs, from where I really enjoyed morning sunbathing while contemplating the amazing landscape. You can see, the whole village, the rocky cliff (timpa del diavolo), the Raganello gorge and the sea. Breakfast is served in a cozy room with one single table in the centre, so all b&b guests are sitting together and every morning I had some really nice conversations with other travellers. Antonella prepares breakfast with locally sourced ingredients, one day we were even served fresh ricotta cheese made by a local shepherd, so delicious!

Cesare was the perfect host. Very helpful and friendly. If you stay more than a few days you just might become best buddies with him. It was a great stay and we will return one day.

Penso che questa struttura, insieme alla sua Host, meritino un premio per tutto. Dalla pulizia impeccabile,alla gentilezza della proprietaria, alla piscina, e la struttura in generale. Forse non ci siamo mai trovati bene da nessuna parte,come in questo posto. Relax, pace, natura ed armonia, la fanno da padrona. Complimenti.

La masseria Ulisse e Calipso si trova in collina, ma nello stesso tempo è vicinissima al mare( 5 minuti di auto). Gode di un bel panorama sul mare, la mattina quando ti sveglierai l'unico suono che sentirai saranno gli uccellini, ci si sente completamente immersi nella natura. L'alloggio era pulito, arredato con gusto ed era fornito di tutto il necessario. La signora Anna persona gentile, educata e mai invadente, è stata molto disponibile fin da subito. Sempre attenta ai nostri bisogni ed anche a quelli della nostra cagnolina (si vede che ama gli animali)..non ha imposto alcun limite alla sua libertà di esplorazione, chiaramente sempre nel rispetto degli altri ospiti!!! Appena arrivati ci ha deliziato con un dolce buonissimo e dei prodotti tipici...La nostra esperienza è stata molto positiva. Se quello che ricercate è relax totale, questo è il posto giusto!!! Struttura bella e curata, mare meraviglioso, e la proprietaria è sicuramente un valore aggiunto!!! Ci torneremo sicuramente!!!
