Waking up among the whistling birds in a Natura 2000 area on the southern Veluwe? Located on a very popular cycling route for recreation, hiking, cycling or mountain biking to be on the Ginkelse Heide within a few hundred meters. Many animals are spotted here in the evening and at night: deer, foxes, badgers, squirrels, buzzards, tawny owls, woodpeckers and hares. In the wood embankment, even weasels can be spotted!

Easy to reach from the highway, but only a few minutes' walk to nature park "De Maashorst" and close to nature park "Herperduin". Both parks are rich in hiking and biking trails, and within walking distance you can enjoy a swimming pond with white beaches, and various fishing spots.

Originally built in 1778 as a fortified farmhouse and completely rebuilt as a mayor's house around 1980. Open plan living room with mezzanine and fireplace.
