The fully equipped apartment is on the ground floor and comprises a lounge with kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with bath and separate shower. There is a sofa bed in the lounge. You'll have a small terrace.

It used to be the ‘Powerhouse’ supplying electricity to the Estate, and the water which used to power the turbines can still be seen running beneath the house! Accommodation is entirely on the ground floor, making it accessible for those with limited mobility.

The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.
