House vacation rentals in Rosedale

Stephanie is an amazing host. This property was not only in a brilliant position but it exceeded all our expectations. We stayed here to celebrate my 60th Birthday with our adult children, partners and our 2 small dogs. The yard is great for dogs although the side gate may not be great for some small dogs as they may get through. We solved this by placing the bins there which worked a treat. Stephanie has indicated that she will look at adjusting this. The house is immaculately furnished and stocked with all the essentials and more. Stephanie was very responsive during our stay when we had some queries, providing us with locations of EV chargers, activities & places to dine. The house is walking distance to Malua Bay Shops. Raymond’s Chinese is delicious. Club Malua has great food, cocktails & Barefoot Bowls.The pool was very clean and refreshing on hot days. The table tennis was enjoyed by all adults. The layout of the house allows for plenty of spots to chill out. We will be back.

Would highly recommend this place, had all the amenities needed with a beautiful pool, balcony and multiple shared spaces for us to hang out in. Very close to the local shops and we spent half the day at Malua Bay Beach, a close drive from the place. Very comfortable beds and the whole place was so clean and spacious.

Fantastic place. Jacinta was easy to communicate with. The house was as per photos, great pool, amazing location backing onto the lake. One of the best houses we have stayed at, great theatre room. Well stocked with supplies and the seating was fantastic, suited 2 families of 8 in total. Would highly recommend Jacinta’s house, it was beautiful!

Awesome accomodation which was great for our family of 4. The kids loved the hammock, the veranda, the dogs and the pool. Very peaceful surroundings. The house was fully equipped with everything you need and everything was lovely and clean. We loved having a peaceful base to explore the great beaches and countryside nearby.

The house is stylish and very comfortable, very well equipped. We loved the pool and the hanging chairs on the veranda.

Great house with beautiful pool & yard for kids to play. Great location in between Ulladulla & Mollymook. Loved our stay & the memories we made with breakfast and bedtime swims 😊

Very clean house. Pool a big hit with kids. We loved the privacy. You could choose to hang and read or play in pool whole day or go explore in the region. We did bring our own boardgames and that was wise. Fact that we could bring our dog was awesome too.

A really beautiful spot - if you’re after a very private spot but with all the amenities you need and only a sort drive to shops etc this is a great choice. We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely sanctuary on the river.

I spent a week here with my daughter, son in law and their two children. The house worked well for us with easy access to the beach, walks, coffees, exploring and shops for those forgotten items. It is a very nice part of the South Coast. The house has excellent views of the beach and has the added bonus of no roads to cross. The house is open, very functional and has plenty of space in the kitchen for grocery items. The bathrooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here and found the host, Stevie, was quick to respond to any questions we had.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bawley Point. The house is generous in size. I’m very well equipped. The only point worth mentioning is that there are only ceiling fans. If you were going there in the hot season, there is no air-conditioning…

We had a wonderful stay in Narooma. John and Maya have a great location with everything you need closeby. Maya greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the house. She’d baked fresh biscuits for us to enjoy after our long trip. The house suited our family including our dog well. We enjoyed evening BBQs on the deck at the back. I would recommend this house as a great place to stay while in Narooma.

We had a wonderful stay at Michael's place. It was very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Well equipped kitchen, very comfy bed and had everything that anyone need in a holiday place. Very close to the beach and Kangaroos on the doorstep. Highly recommended.

Moon Cottage, with its l smart modern solar design and well-equipped amenities, has a clean, welcoming, lived-in ambience. It boasts commanding views of the extensive surrounding bush through its vast north facing windows. And the large property - a maze of delightful walking tracks cleverly marked by old chairs and wheelbarrows - offers private serenity and ever changing and delightful aspects. Our son tells us watching the stars from the outdoor bath was a memorable experience. My family and I rate this place and the experiences it affords, 10 out of 10!! Our only caveat is to anyone who is not interested in familiarising themselves and complying with House Rules: this place is NOT for you! The House Rules are important so take a bit of time to get your head around them and follow through with the expected behaviour.

The house was incredible for our Easter weekend away. Renee left us with a nice touch of placing Easter eggs around the house and little bunny footprints. The beds were incredibly comfy and we would 100% book the house again!

Honestly, one of the best Air BnBs we have ever stayed in. Exceptional on every measure: stunning location, beautifully appointed, comfortable and welcoming home with everything you would ever need, a responsive friendly host, and beautiful weather! A real 5 star experience.

Second stay at this beautiful Cottage…. Once in Winer and in Summer,…. Both amazing. Again, magnificent views & great location to take the kids (4 & 6), swimming in the safe beaches. Local brewery were very friendly and had a wonderful menu for dinner for both adults abs kids and the best part it’s within walking distance. This is one of our favorite holidays & we will be back again! Thank you Elizabeth for the fantastic communication along the way 💕

Great house with all the things you need but don’t expect (toothpaste, lotion, etc). Great to have two living spaces and the kitchen was fantastic with so many appliances. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Great for our dog, not fenced but this is ok for us. And the location cuts off a bit of time coming from Canberra which we really appreciated. What a fabulous weekend we had, thanks so much!

What a wonderful holiday home!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Everything and more we could possibly need to keep us comfortable and entertained. Kaylyn was the perfect host from the moment we requested to book, our arrival and departure. So spacious but cosy at the same time - secluded with wonderful views from the living rooms, deck and even the outdoor garden spa! Accommodating our need to bring our furry companion who loved doing perimeter patrols with all the new smells 🐾🐶🐾 We had a wonderful long weekend, thank you again!

Beautiful House, very quiet and super clean. We felt safe and slept like logs. There is a Lovely terrasse and the street is super nice, leading you to IGA or the beach

We had a wonderful long weekend at Binda! From the moment we arrived, it was clear Kim had thoughtfully set up her home with comfort in mind. After mornings spent exploring rock pools and swimming at peaceful Garden Bay (just a short five-minute walk away), the practical outdoor shower and hose reel made cleaning up quick and easy. The well-stocked kitchen was genuinely useful, making meal preparation stress-free—a welcome upgrade from the usual rental setup. Despite the unexpectedly warm weather, we stayed comfortable thanks to the brand-new AC + nice ceiling fans in each bedroom. Reliable Wi-Fi was also a bonus, especially given the patchy mobile reception common along the coast. The location was perfect, close to Malua Bay shops, Bateman' Bay restaurants, and excellent pizza at Batehaven. We even had a friendly kookaburra regularly visiting from across the road! Kim is an outstanding host—responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. Highly recommended; we’ll be back for sure!

Really great stay—super cozy place with everything I needed. The location was spot on, super close to everything I wanted to check out. The host was super friendly and easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend!

The house was aged but clean and comfortable. The location was great, very quiet and peaceful with lots of trees. We have 3 dogs who loved the large safe yard and also the reserve behind for long runs. Dog friendly beaches were minutes away. We would recommend a stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at Chris and Alison’s place! They are incredibly kind and welcoming hosts — even though we arrived late in the evening, they warmly greeted us and took the time to show us around the house. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were touched by their thoughtful touches, including breakfast items and fresh milk prepared for us. The beautiful garden with goats, alpacas, and chickens made the experience even more special. The whole environment was peaceful and relaxing. We truly enjoyed every moment and highly recommend staying here!

Great base to explore Narooma and surroundings. Have plenty of amenities and close to the beach. It is handy the kitchen has basic amenities covered as well.
