Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Roseau

Fantastic view. Hot water. AC in bedroom, washer, quiet neighborhood, pool. What more can you ask for? I recommend a car. but we are able to take public busses daily from close by. Harry and Tina were extremely helpful in all ways, including holding our bags after check out so we could enjoy it last day before the afternoon ferry.. Great stay, will stay here again.

I understand the practicality of not giving a 100 ✨️ but if I could if would be for this host. Julius was very friendly and accommodating. I appreciated that his values were family oriented for his house rules as it matched my family perfectly. Definitely perfect for children due to the importance of an alcohol and illicit substance free zone. Everything is labeled and you are always helped with having fresh linen replaced. I would definitely recommend making host's life easier by actually telling them what goes on in detail. They appreciate it! Very understanding, extremely informative and very kind. Everything about our stay was IMPECCABLE. Superior host.

Lovely spacious apartment equipped with all modern utensils, appliances, furnishings one could need. Very responsive, flexible host. Great location, quick and easy access to Roseau. Excellent stay and highly recommend.

We really enjoyed Cornell's home. It felt like our own slice of paradise. The view is amazing. The house was a bit hard to find, but we managed, would not want to try and find it in the dark. The area has some nice restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying at Cornell's.

Fantastic, spacious villa with beautifull view. Good location close to Roseau and all the attractions. Good kitchen, nice terrace and very comfortable beds. It is very private and quiet, I can highly recommend staying in this beautifull villa!

We had an unforgettable stay at Leonard's. The apartment totally met our expectations. Very convenient location for visiting Dominica as it's close to Roseau. We followed his recommendations for renting the 4x4 and everything went very well, as well as the recommended sightseeing indications in his welcome booklet (Screw's sulfur spas which was great)

This was our second time staying at Narrissa’s place - and we really appreciated her flexibility and responsiveness on check-in, as my flight was delayed overnight on arrival. The shared pool is a great space to chill & the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. It is walking distance from Roseau, which was perfect for carnival season!

Cylma and Mrs. Hacynthe are very welcoming available and very responsive. the place is spotless and they took care to give us all the comforts of birthplace and organization of a play area for my children. easy to access and absolutely still have a 220v power outlet adapter. spacious, bright, quiet, comfortable, beautiful decor and architecture. large capacity washing machine and dishwasher. Lots of attention from Cylma and Hyacinthe lemon juice bread milk for my kids in addition to fruit. i highly recommend this host. easy to access and easy to park. Available and very attentive. Bed bedroom sofa air conditioning it has absolutely everything. and located about 10 min from the reed and not too far from the beautiful falls of Trafalgar. Many thanks to Cylma and Hyacinthe thank you and thank you especially for hosting my family. I will return without hesitation.

The accommodation is super nice, clean and warm. Malin is very available and very attentive. She made great suggestions and was very nice to us. No need to go to a hotel because it's worth every penny. 8 minutes from the center, you have easy access to shops, restaurants, and transport. Malin is great

This way a great place in the center of Dominica. I highly recommend this place because it is centrally located and you can walk to the night life spots.

OMG…where to start? Isha was one of the best host I’ve encountered. With all my travels there has been only one other person I would say that about. As soon as I walked into the place I felt at home! It was so beautiful. So nicely decorated. Usually I feel the need to clean or at least spray lysol, but not there. The whole place was spotless. And matched the pictures perfectly! It was so quiet and peaceful there. The mattress was so comfortable. I used the local bus to get there and it was very easy to find. The checkin instructions were the best I’ve ever gotten, so easy to get in. There is a very nice restaurant and market, within 1-2 minutes walk. I didn’t walk to the beach because I did a day tour, but I understand there is a nice one within a short walk. If I find I need a stay in Calibishie, this is where I will be staying.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, is as in the photos, one or the other shaky holder. Dishes available, but very little but sufficient. Vernette is easily accessible, answers quickly and possibly fixes problems ( e.g. adapter for outlet).

Great one week stay, local beach was good for swimming and food. Dylan was very helpful and friendly.

Villa Eileen is immaculate and fulfilled every need we had on our vacation. Jonathan and Gilly are top tier hosts so thoughtfully caring to give us the best experience from pre-checkin, proactive communications, courtesy groceries, local tastings, pristine surroundings, comfort beyond, fine craftsmanship and personalized hospitality you simply cannot buy. We felt so at home, safe, their values and energy intertwined with ours. We had an unforgettable vacay and carnival in Dominica full of reveling, renewal, rest, good vibes & a lifetime of connections!! The pool & views are amazing! We didn’t get the room we originally booked but the room we did get was nice & had a big patio. There is a Jamaican restaurant just down the street about 3 blocks & a gas station, the casino, & Oceans edge restaurant. However, the walk back up is steep so you may need a driver or to rent a car. We used drivers & they all knew where to meet us so we had no issues. The only downside is you may want to bring extra toilet paper & trash bags. The hosts were very responsive. I would definitely stay again.

Rob’s place was the perfect getaway for me and my boyfriend. It was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The guidebook provided some great local tips, which we appreciated. What mattered most to me was how clean the house was—it really stood out. We spent most of our time on the balcony, enjoying the beautiful ocean view. Being one floor up rather than right by the pool was a plus for us. The pool and surrounding area were quiet and well-maintained. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I highly recommend it!

We had the best stay with Laron, he is a super friendly welcoming guy and we felt totally at home.

Very pleasant stay in a well located apartment, close enough to the center of Portsmouth, ideal for getting around by bus in the north of the island. Naome is friendly and friendly, and her instructions to arrive were very clear.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to for this experience—this space exceeded all expectations! Isabelle, the host, is absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. She’s incredibly thoughtful—from having fresh island essentials like mangos and bananas waiting for me, to the helpful little notes around the space that made everything so easy to navigate. I was thoroughly satisfied and would recommend this stay to anyone!

Naome's place is very nice and in a very good location to visit the tourist places around Porthmouth. I highly recommend it.

This is in a really cool neighbourhood - a very narrow street, with kids and cats and dogs and roosters, chickens and goats and even a donkey at one point. The neighbours were friendly and helpful. There is a well-stocked convenience store a few streets over, and it is fairly close to restaurants, though probably not in close walking distance. Having a washer was great after days of hiking. Lots of amenities, incredibly quick response to questions, very comfortable beds, and an absolutely lovely view from the balcony. My travelling companion initially wanted a resort type of accommodation. Don't do it! This is the real thing. Recommended.
