Just stayed this weekend!! it was 4 of us staying and spacious and accommodating for all of us!! 100% recommend, hosts were absolutely amazing!! Beautiful space and great if you have a pet!! We definitely want to stay here again!

This place was perfect! The term cozy is an understatement. From the yard and throughout the home this place was so welcoming. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking needs. The bathroom was spotless and the heated floors were glorious. Best 3 nights sleep we have had on this road trip. my husband was ready to steal the mattress and linens. Our pups loved the large fenced in yard.

Was a nice place, very accommodating, and Aleksandar was a communicative host.

Nice little house. Close to Old Town and many nice restaurants and shops. Clean neighborhood and it felt really safe. The house is small and a little bit older but it has everything you need. Plenty of seating, 2 decent sized bedrooms. Would certainly recommend to others. I actually enjoyed being able to pull my truck right up front and load and unload. Very solid spot for a weekend trip.

This place is perfect for any trip in Washington DC or the surrounding areas. It's clean, quiet and has everything you could want at very reasonable pricing. The hosts are wonderful and helpful. You will not regret staying here.

We just got back from Jackie's Place! The home was beautifully decorated and clean. It is private, but also close to the best that Alexandria has to offer! We loved walking to coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. We were there to visit colleges for my son and were surprised how close we were to DC and Georgetown. Having the parking spot was also great. We could just leave the car and walk everywhere. Thank you for a great stay!

House was perfect for our DC stay. It was close to restaurants, not far from the metro, and close to the airport. Great host who was super accommodating to our needs. I have a fragrance allergy and he made sure all the bed linens were washed in fragrance free detergent. The kitchen and living spaces were well equipped. The bunk beds have been upgraded to a full over full. The street was usually quiet with the weekends being the loudest traffic, but it didn’t keep us from sleeping well. The only thing I could think to add might be blackout curtains over the windows since the two rooms with queen beds get some sunlight in the morning. Overall, I highly recommend staying here and would happily stay here again.

My family and I had a great stay at Dmytro’s place, it was very clean and had a stocked kitchen with anything we could possibly need. Highly recommend.

Nathan has a lovely home—it feels like stepping back in time into one of old Washington’s charming houses. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and communication with Nathan was excellent. The location is convenient, about a 25-minute walk to Capitol Hill. While the surrounding area could be better—the streets were a bit dirty—it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect our overall experience. We had a wonderful time in Washington, and staying at this house was definitely part of it. Thank you, Nathan!

Jennifer’s place was wonderful! We had a great stay here, and it was in a nice part of town. Plenty of places to eat as well. The apartment was as described.

Our family had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Washington DC! The location was ideal—just a short walk to the Metro, making sightseeing effortless. The neighborhood was safe and welcoming, which gave us peace of mind while traveling. Dining options nearby were a great convenience, with a fantastic Thai restaurant across the street and a pizza place next door. This was nice because we often returned from a long day of walking and needed to eat close by. A grocery store a few blocks away was an added bonus. Inside, the space was perfect for our family of six, with two bedrooms, comfortable beds, and two bathrooms that made mornings smoother. Large windows added to the relaxing atmosphere, and the projector in one room made for memorable movie nights. Our teens especially loved the pool table on the main floor. This Airbnb was the perfect base for our DC adventure, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for families or anyone seeking a comfortable, well-located stay!

I definitely loved this home soooo spotless felt right at home. You might hear people walking here and there BUT it’s not an all the time thing, other than that it’s so peaceful. Kitchen is beautiful and has all the spices you kinda need if you wanna cook, bed was sooooooo comfortable and the living room was so inviting. It’s close to food spots banks grocery stores, etc. I’m definitely booking again.

Lily's place was immaculate and she was very prompt with her responses. The apartment is in a quiet part of Arlington and very walkable. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The space was the perfect getaway for us and our pup especially loved all the walks nearby the property! The space was clean and well-decorated and felt like a relaxing escape from the city. Martha was very responsive and gave great recommendations for places to eat and take hikes. She even provided treats for our pup, which he loved! We are definitely coming back soon!

The residence was beautiful and well maintained. The owner reached out about a delay in having the home cleaned by check in, and accommodated us for the inconvenience. The home was quite spacious and had everything needed to enjoy my time in the DMV.

We love the convenience and surroundings of old town particularly with Gina’s place which is just a few blocks from the Braddock Road Metro and just a few more to King Street. Her place was cozy any private. We had our own entrance. We liked the set up with a separate bedroom and nice living room. She had everything we needed for coffee and water. The fridge was stocked with a few surprise treats. There was also a microwave and air fryer to heat up leftovers. We will stay there again next visit if available.

Had a very peaceful and cozy stay here. I came here for two events, and I’m not a fan of driving around the city so we stayed in the rest of the time. Felt right at home the whole time! The wifi was exceptionally fast, bed and couch were comfy, and the foosball table gave me and my partner something fun to do to pass the time. Also, the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet - which I didn’t expect due to the urban location. Did not notice any neighbors or sirens the entire time and was able to relax and sleep peacefully!

We would definitely stay here next time we visit! I stayed several nights with my two dogs and we had a great time. They’re both about 50lbs so the space was a little small for all 3 of us, but having use of the fenced yard was soooo great and Laura was super accommodating with my reactive dog. It was easy to communicate with her on the app which I appreciated. The location is close to the highway/beltway and convenient to get to Alexandria and DC, and close to Mosaic District which has restaurants and a great farmers market. You can hear some upstairs noises/barking in the evening, but no different from being in an apartment so it didn’t bother us at all.

This home was very clean and has a nice three story layout. Little communication was needed, but responses were fast. Toys for the kiddos was a nice touch.

We stayed at Alexandra’s for almost two months while in transition to our new home. It was comfortable and in a peaceful neighborhood. The fenced yard was a plus for our dogs. We did have a few small issues come up — almost inevitable in a lengthy stay like that — but Alexandra was always responsive and quick to act. When the mosquitoes proved to be unseasonably fierce Alexandra quickly bought and sent some very effective and safe mosquito killers. It is how the host responds to problems that matter. Alexandra was first rate. I’d add that her internet service — indispensable in today’s world — was fast and reliable.

Hillary and John were very responsive to our needs. The space was very clean with many great details. Was nice to have separate air conditioning units to control temperature. Beds very comfortable. Easy parking in driveway which was convenient. We loved the gorgeous hardwood floors! Stairs steep but well lit w safety measures in place - not slippery. We arrived abit early and they suggested a restaurant close by which we loved! Overall- a great experience!!
