The house has a separate entrance in adherence and a few km away you can reach the sea. 5 km away are Chieti and the civil hospital. The entrance to the highways and the highway to Pescara are 2/3 km away, and from the house you can admire the peaks of the Gran Sasso and the Maielletta. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.
