The bathroom is spacious with a large shower and there is a closet space in all the bedrooms. Fiber that provides the highest level WIFI and the 4G mast is also close by. For the children there are beds, chairs & a wonderful playhouse.

Welcome to Grönhem's farm in the heart of Österlen. Here you live in one of two apartments, with your own garden, in a timber frame construction with origins from the 18th century. The farm is nestled with rolling pastures for our horses in Österlen's hilly landscape. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests in close proximity to the farm. The apartment has an open floor plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

After a few kilometers of magical winding forest road up the hills, you will arrive at this unique cottage. The forest ranger's cabin is high up and the view of Hanöbukten with the Stenshuvud nature reserve in the backdrop is unique. Here you can walk, hike in untouched forest, along trails or by the sea. You are between the sky and the sea in one of Österlen's most beautiful places. Proximity to the sea and swimming. A stone's throw from one of Sweden's most beautiful golf courses is a converted distance of about 60 square meters with 2 bedrooms, one of which is a sleeping loft. There are 4 beds, a private entrance, parking possibilities for a car and it is separated from neighbors. The stairs to the loft are steep, see picture. Dogs are very welcome as long as they are comfortable with our own dog being nearby, our dog is a 5 year old male. To the house there is a small wooden deck with furniture and barbecue, the garden is fenced.

We are surrounded by forests and some of Swedens best beaches, hiking & biking trails. ​ Situated just outside the beautiful village of Rörum and located less than 10 mins drive from the incredible Knäbäckshusens beach, there are endless possibilities to hike, bike, swim & play sport... or simply do nothing other than sleep and take a dip in our heated pool, followed by a wood fired sauna.

Cozy apartment in a courtyard house in Södra Mellby, Österlen. There is a private patio, a living room with kitchenette and sleeping loft with room for three people. The entire old Skåne farmhouse has been newly renovated in the past year and the guest house is part of the farmhouse, which also houses an artist's studio and gallery. The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also decorated with art from the studio.
