A modern new building (48 m²) at the foot of a pine forest, perfectly suited for a family or a group of friends of up to 4 people. Enjoy a peaceful getaway close to nature while maintaining a great connection to the city and the sea. The house is brand new, bright, and equipped with everything necessary for comfort. IMPORTANT to know before booking: The house is on one upper floor, which is accessed by 8 steps, and the stairs currently have no handrails. The house is not suitable for small children and people with mobility impairments. No pets.

Tom's sauna LARGE

Spacious three storey house on the banks of the Little Jugla River. The house is located in a beautiful, quiet place, 38 km from Riga center. There are 5 rooms upstairs for overnight stays. Additional sleeping arrangements in the basement as well. There is a sauna in the house, which is available for an additional fee (+ €70/4h). A hot tub with air bubble massage is also available for an additional charge from €65/ 4h. Complimentary BBQ with utensils (charcoal you need to bring your own).

All house is very well equipped and is at your service (except one room) as well as barbecue facilities outside, table tennis, berries, mushrooms, garden, fireplace, fun & more :) Usually guests are not bothered by the road, but please be aware of existing transport sounds, so this is a place in the nature with some urban touch.
