Close to the bustling Breda and yet in the middle of nature lies this unique accommodation. There is a separate entrance with a large private garden for you as a guest with an attractive covered outdoor room. You enter a hall where you will find a separate kitchen with all the necessities and a place where you can eat. In the bedroom, there is a double bed, TV, WiFi and a separate sitting area. The bathroom has a shower. There are 2 bicycles for you. We can serve breakfast in consultation for €10 pp.

The guesthouse is located in the green recreational area of Hoeven. You will find the historic Oudenbosch 2 km away, and in 20 minutes you will be in the center of Burgundian Breda. You can also reach Antwerp and Rotterdam within 45 minutes. In addition to a king size bed and a nice seat, the studio offers a beautiful green backyard where you can spend time privately.

Villa Forestier, a beautiful villa situated in one of the oldest forests of the Netherlands. This atmospheric house is ideal for guests who are looking for a peaceful stay. Close to the charming center of Breda, Etten-Leur or Prinsenbeek. The forest, named Liesbos, has been owned by the royal family. They also used this place for the hunt. The cozy villa is equipped with a great garden surrounded by century-old oak trees. The villa is warmly decorated with a classic and modern style.

Tiny House: 'The Henhouse' in Geervliet

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Cozy and private studio, 4.5 km from centre

Nice room with your own bathroom with shower and toilet. There's no real kitchen but there is a fridge and combination microwave. You have your own entrance and behind the room is a large public grass field you can use as your garden. After a 3-minute walk, you'll reach a few shops and the bus stop, from there the bus takes you in 22 minutes to the central station. Bicycles are not available anymore. Parking in the neighborhood is free and there's enough space.

BeWildert, our cozy apartment on the attic. Livingroom with cable tv and wireless internet. Open kitchen with washing machine and combi oven. Bedroom 1 with double bed, bedroom 2 with twin beds. Bathroom with walk-in shower and washer/dryer. Separate toilet. There is a large terras with table and chairs so you can eat outside as well as a lounge set to enjoy a drink in sun... When it's too hot, you can cool down in the garden and use the swimming pond.

The apartment with its own entrance consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom/WC. In the kitchen, there is a washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, combination microwave and induction cooktop. You can also use a toaster, pans and tableware so you can enjoy a delicious meal at home. The bedroom has air conditioning, so you can sleep wonderfully even during hot nights. In the living room, there is a sofa bed.
