Our farmhouse is located in a beautiful rural setting on the outskirts of Roosendaal. On the 2nd floor of the studio, there is a spacious living room, an open kitchen with a dining area, a double bed, and two single beds in the loft. On the ground floor are the toilet and the bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower. You will have your own front door, can park at the door, and can enjoy sitting outside. There is a large trampoline, playhouses, playing field and we have goats, rabbits and chickens. Max. 3 adults

Close to Play and Ice Farm, Indoor Skydive Roosendaal, Outletcenter Rosada, SnowWorld Rucphen, Efteling is a 35-minute drive away. Historical cities such as Breda and Roosendaal are nearby. Dordrecht and Antwerp are only a 35-minute drive away. Kinderdijk and Rotterdam are a little further away. Peace, nature, culture and adventure in one!

The cozy villa is equipped with a great garden surrounded by century-old oak trees. The villa is warmly decorated with a classic and modern style.

It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.
