Spacious studio in an attractive farmhouse

Our farmhouse is located in a beautiful rural setting on a quiet road in the outskirts of Roosendaal. On the 1st floor, there is a spacious living room, an open kitchen with dining area, a double bed and two single beds on the loft. On the ground floor are the toilet and the bathroom with a bath and a separate shower. You have a private front door, you can park at the door and you can sit outside. There is a large trampoline, playhouses, playground and we have goats, rabbits and chickens.

Cozy studio apartment in Schijf, ideal for 2 adults (+ sofa bed 2 extra people). Located near the Rucphens Heide – perfect for hiking and mountain biking. Close to Play and Ice Farm, Indoor Skydive Roosendaal, Outlet Center Rosada, SnowWorld Rucphen, Efteling is 35 min. drive. Historical cities such as Breda and Roosendaal are nearby. Dordrecht and Antwerp are only 35 minutes away by car. Kinderdijk and Rotterdam are a little further away. Peace, nature, culture and adventure in one!

Villa Forestier in Breda, top forest location

Villa Forestier, a beautiful villa situated in one of the oldest forests of the Netherlands. This atmospheric house is ideal for guests who are looking for a peaceful stay. Close to the charming center of Breda, Etten-Leur or Prinsenbeek. The forest, named Liesbos, has been owned by the royal family. They also used this place for the hunt. The cozy villa is equipped with a great garden surrounded by century-old oak trees. The villa is warmly decorated with a classic and modern style.

Filion’s Tiny Place

Filion's Tiny Place! This is a caravan that I completely refurbished into a Tiny Place myself. This is located behind the barn in the same yard as the B&B, but can be rented separately. The name says it all: it is a small house. The bedrooms and bathroom are small and take into account smaller beds than you are used to (140x190). There is a cozy living room and compleet kitchen! PAY ATTENTION! BBQ not allowed (due to thatched roof), garden of the main house is NOT INCLUDED.

Cozy and private studio, 4.5 km from centre

Nice room with your own bathroom with shower and toilet. There's no real kitchen but there is a fridge and combination microwave. You have your own entrance and behind the room is a large public grass field you can use as your garden. After a 3-minute walk, you'll reach a few shops and the bus stop, from there the bus takes you in 22 minutes to the central station. Bicycles are not available anymore. Parking in the neighborhood is free and there's enough space.

Bus&Bed Noordhoef, ultimate relaxation in nature

Update: incl. pod sauna! Come and relax in our very spacious bus on the farm. Enjoy the nature and possibilities within Woensdrecht. Go for a nice walk in the Kalmthoutse Heide or cycling by the water. The bus has the following amenities: - Fully equipped kitchen - Spacious double bed - Cozy sitting area - Storage space - Air conditioning & heating - Free coffee & tea Luxurious bathroom (including rain shower!) and toilet nearby. Breakfast is no longer offered.

The house has just been properly renovated to serve as a resting place for you. To get away for a while. On the outskirts of Breda, 10 minutes by bike from the city center, and yet in the middle of amazing nature, close to the Mastbos, with several bike and hiking trails. The apartment overlooks the garden, where you can wade around, which in turn leads to the river "de Aa", where there is a sauna and you can swim. On a drizzly day, you can chat by the stove

The apartment with its own entrance consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom/WC. In the kitchen, there is a washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, combination microwave and induction cooktop. You can also use a toaster, pans and tableware so you can enjoy a delicious meal at home. The bedroom has air conditioning, so you can sleep wonderfully even during hot nights. In the living room, there is a sofa bed.

Garden Cottage

You will enjoy a quiet and private stay in a charming cottage situated in a green garden. The garden is in the middle of Breda, with walking distance to the Central Station(150 meters), the city park(100 meters), the city centre with multiple restaurants and bars(500 meter). The ship is a former West German patrol customs ship built in 1956 , now completely converted into a residential ship with a modern interior , suitable for a comfortable stay .
