The space
This one-bedroom, one-bathroom sanctuary features a queen-sized bed and plenty of closet space in a jewelbox-like bedroom.

The fully-equipped kitchen boasts Jenn Air appliances, a Breville Barista Pro espresso machine, and Diptyque cleaning products. The living room combines vintage furniture and Design Within Reach pieces alongside a working fireplace for an eclectic yet sophisticated feel. A vintage farmhouse dining table seats 8-10, while an adjacent room serves as an office or dining area for six.

Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer, a full bar, and a curated fragrance cabinet featuring renowned brands. The fire escape doubles as a unique seating area, and the bathroom, with a stand-alone shower and a Toto bidet toilet, is set with Aesop products.

Here at the loft, you're in a quiet area of the Flatiron neighborhood, with access to Union Square Greenmarket, Eataly, renowned fitness studios, and an extensive subway network.
