I'm blessed to call myself a firefighter in the Coast Guard. However, the duty makes for long days and nights. It would be an honor to meet you, but I completely understand and respect the need for downtime and personal space. Relaxing in a comfortable home can't be understated when you're traveling!
Dating back to 1832, Pigtown is a wonderfully historic component to the salty character of Baltimore. The neighborhood was designed with the working class in mind.
Getting around truly couldn't be easier.
Within a ten minute walk, you could find yourself in front of both the M&T and Orioles stadium, downtown, the Convention Center, on the water, and much more.
Johns Hopkins and University of Maryland are just down the street.
The train is about 4 blocks away and runs from north Baltimore to Washington DC at regular intervals.
The Charm City Circulator offers free bus transport and runs continually.
Uber is also a popular, affordable, and slightly more private means of transportation around the city.
