Other things to note
We love your pets! In order to maintain our quality standards at a premium level, we ask for all pets to be noted on the reservation and pay the pet fee. Any evidence of pets without the pet fee being paid will result in additional fees.

Firewood is available for purchase for $25 upon request.

Routine lawn maintenance is done regularly and may take place during your stay. The team works quickly and does their best to avoid any disruption.

Mechanical failures happen every now and then and are rare. Unfortunately, no refund or rate adjustment shall be made for unforeseen mechanical failures such as electricity, phone service, water, tubs, air conditioning, TV, wifi, appliances, pool, spa, etc. We do have technicians on call and will do our best to get any mechanical failures repaired as soon as possible

Our location is conveniently just a 12-minute drive from Magnolia, Baylor, and downtown. In addition to Bluebonnet Trail, I also own Legacy Co-Hosting: a premium vacation rental property management company. I love getting to assist local owners in enjoying hassle-free Airbnb ownership.
