You'll be in a sunny guest room in a cozy, older house. In Seward you'll be close to the U of M, parks, museums, restaurants all while staying in a quiet neighborhood. US Bank Stadium. Target Center, Target Field, and CHS Field are quick bus rides away. There's bus access to both downtowns, shopping, and entertainment. There are bikes to borrow and 3 different bike paths within blocks. It's a great spot and I love having guests share my home.

The space

It's a small, older home. I live here with my two cats. The bedroom is cozy and cute and the shared spaces are comfy but it's all lived in.

Guest access

Feel free to use the kitchen or watch some TV in the basement. The grill in the backyard is also good to use! If you need to store a bike while visiting it can get stored in the garage.

Interaction with guests

I work a couple different jobs and also am a performer in the Twin Cities so I'm not around too much. When I am around I love steering people in the direction of something fun or delicious.

This is the second time I've stayed at Liv's place while in MN for work. As before, Liv takes incredible care to make sure her guests have what they need - maps and information, towels and some toiletries, coffee and tea, snacks, space in the fridge, etc. Everything is clear and well labeled, the room and bed are comfy and clean, communication is easy. The location is fantastic - great access to running trails along the river, near some really nice restaurants, etc. Highly recommended!

Liv is wonderful! She knew my circumstances with travel and went above and beyond for me. This house has the gift of hospitality, comfort, warmth. The description of Liv’s property is accurate to how she has it listed. Her communication is on point. I wish there was more time to spend getting to know this host. I would definitely choose this property when coming back to my home state of Minnesota!

I had a great extended stay at Liv's home! It's a cozy house in a quiet, residential neighborhood, not too far from the University of Minnesota and nearby a few cafes and grocery stores. The bed is comfortable and there was plenty of counter and closet space. Liv is wonderful and accommodating and knows tons about the area. An excellent value for a short or long visit to Minneapolis.

This charming home is a good value. Not the fanciest place, but true to advertisement. The highlights are indeed the bikes and the kitties! I am slightly allergic to cats but Zasha and especially little Anya still won my heart. Liv provided some much needed snacks and was available and responsive.

I'm a big Disney fan. I love doing Disney running events because it gives me an excuse to visit Disneyland or Disney World as well as do a distance run. I work from home as a writer and consultant and also do comedy and acts. I enjoy doing CrossFit, cooking, and museums.
