Extremely good city view on the 20th floor. It is opposite Southern Cross Station and within walking distance to shopping, markets, malls, restaurants and cafes. All tram ride are free within the CBD ( Central Business District )area.
It is a new air-conditioned apartment for two years and features a fully equipped kitchen with kitchenware, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, stove top, micro wave oven, toaster, electric kettle, iron, ironing facilities,and two umbrellas. My name is Lim Khee Leng from Singapore but live in Melbourne with my wife Angie and our family. I am a production engineer by profession and have been giving talks and teaching production planning using computer programme for the production factories in varies countries for over 35 years, but now I am retired. I love good food and my favourite is the Peking Duck. I enjoy the music by Richard Clayderman.
I am from Singapore and I know how it feels to be away from home. The feel of a cosy place to set and rest your feet after a day's of travelling is heaven. I have been travelling a lot in the past and I have learned three important things. Firstly, the room have to be clean, simple and tidy in a quiet enviroment. Secondly, the shoes determine how you feel when you go to bed. Thirdly , the mattress determines how you feel when you wake up. That is why me and my wife would like to make your stay in Melbourne City enjoyable and comfortable by providing a good apartment with good location and a good mattress but not the shoes.
