A small, but very homey and cozy apartment with picturesque mountain view, located in a peaceful area, close to the main streets and the gondola of Bansko. It is with the perfect location for all mountain lovers- just meters from the National Park Pirin, as well as the ski road, which connects the two ends of the gondola lift. An ideal starting point for short or long hikes, as well as ⛷️ and 🏂 during the winter.

The space
The studio is with all needed amenities, so you can live in it comfortably for months. Ideal for couples, but the sofa turns into a secondary bed, so it can accommodate even a family of 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to prepare a delicious home cooked meal. Other nice features are: the washer, the big smart TV with Netflix, the new AC unit, the adjustable in hight table and the mosquito nets, which will protect you from unwanted guests.
If the location is the best thing about this home, then the second is the amazing panoramic view. You can gaze over the rooftops of Bansko, all the way to the mountain chains of Rodopite and Pirin. Have your morning coffee or tea on the sunbathed balcony and start your day with this perfect picture in front of you.

Where you’ll be

Bansko, Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria

The hotel is near the main streets of the town and the gondola, but in a quiet area, closer to nature. It is 100m from the ski road and the entrance to national park Pirin, so it is an ideal starting point for hiking in the mountain. The ski road connects Bansko with the ski slopes at the top of the mountain. In winter, you can use it to ski down to the gondola or ski down from the slopes.
Bansko may be famous for its winter sports, but it is a beautiful place to visit all year long. There are a lot of festivals and events, various activities and beautiful, historical places to visit. For example just on a short walk away, you can try ATV or horse riding, mountain biking, rock climbing.
About 5km next to Bansko are located Banya and Dobrinishte, which are known for their mineral water pools. There is nothing like the feeling of immersing yourself in an outdoor pool with very hot mineral water, after you have skied all day in -20C.
