This home is in a scenic location.
Incredible scenery can be found all around you. Take in the breathtaking vistas of Downtown Dubai's Arabian Sea. When the sun goes down, Dubai Marina lights up in a spectacular display that is just as breathtaking as the sea view guests enjoy during the day. Not only does the guest house have a beautiful beachfront location, but the lobby is also see-through, providing breathtaking views of the ocean all the way to the horizon.
The space
- This one bedroom apartment is spread over 64 sqm, has capacity for 4 people, and is located on the 9th floor of 52 | 42 Emaar Tower A.
- Spacious interior, elegant furnishings, fully inclusive with modern appliances, and breath-taking panoramic sea view.
- Living room is furnished with an L-shaped beige double sofa bed, two poufs, smart TV, coffee table, beautiful rug, as well as multiple decor accents, wall paintings, and a plant.
- The dining room is nested near the living room, and it includes a round table with three chairs.
- The room is naturally well-lit, thanks to a large floor-to-ceiling glass windows, overlooking the sea.
