Neighborhood highlights

Klima is at the bottom of a winding road starting from Trypiti.
Inhabitation goes back to around 1100 B.C. due to its strategic position in the Aegean Sea , Klima flourished, reaching its peak from the 5th to the 7th centuries B.C.
One of the interesting tourist sight in this area, Ancient Theatre of Milos, the discovery site of the Aphtodite of Milos statue, and the Early Christian (or Roman) Catacombs.
The present days Klima used to be ancient harbor. There's an illustration on site of the ancient city of Melos, as Milos was historically called.
The Village today isn't what it used to be , but it's still one of the main points of
interested on Milos Island. The most picturesque spot on the entire island.

While time the "Syrmata" are not longer used by the fishermen, some of them have been transformed into vacation homes an authentic experience of traditional boat house.
