This apartment-like suite is part of a beautiful old building with views of the hills and olive groves, all newly renovated yet full of traditional character, with thick stone walls, tiled floors and original windows and doors. There are balconies and terraces where you can sit out to eat, relax, or simply enjoy the peaceful setting. The suite consists of a bedroom, fully set up kitchen and a private bathroom and shower. The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed with space for an extra bed

It was so lovely to stay here. I explored Bethlehem much of the day and then returned the short distance to the countryside which was so peaceful and so welcoming. The family was so thoughtful and one of the best breakfasts of my life!

We had the best days at Hosh al-Subbar. The place is so relaxing and beautiful and Suad was super kind and helpful and made an amazing breakfast for us. It is a great place to stay if you need a calm place a bit outside Bethlehem. We hope to be back!
