Welcome to “The Lazy Loon,” a nice and inviting home located in one of the most desirable areas of Surfside Beach, SC. This beautifully designed house on the northern side of the duplex offers a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, accommodating up to 19 guests (with a maximum of 14 adults and 6 kids). With 7 bedrooms and 5.5 baths. and mainly king size beds Enjoy the tranquility of three covered porches elevator, pool (heat extra), beach chairs, EV charging receptacle (Nema 145-50R), and more!

Other things to note
Our home is a non smoking property with maximum occupancy of 19 total

No animals, reptiles, or other creatures are allowed on property :) .

Linens, house towels, and departure cleaning provided. Beach and Pool towels are not provided and must be brought by guest.

We do not allow motorcycles on property without prior approval. No trailers are permitted.

We are a family of 5 who love our homes in Surfside Beach SC, “The Family Beach”. and also our mountain home in West Jefferson NC. Throughout the years we vacationed at many different places, but found our greatest joy staying at the beach in Surfside, and in the mountains at West Jefferson. These 2 locations offer great benefits- we have beautiful homes located in small, family oriented, safe towns: close to dining, shopping, & plenty to do!
