Amenities include fishing pier, community pool, tennis, bocce court, playground, pickleball, fire pit, grills, and community gardens. 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. This home is newly built and central with easy access to I-75, shopping, dining , golf courses, and the pristine Gulf beaches of Florida.

When you walk into the front door, you are greeted with an open and flowing floorplan, complete with 4 Bedrooms and 3 Full Bathrooms - two of the Bedrooms are considered to be Master Suites. This smart-enabled home has so many impressive upgrades, including brand new impact sliders, double custom closets in Master Suite, granite countertops throughout, stainless steel kitchen appliances, new light fixtures, crown molding, fresh paint and lush landscaping to name a few! And just when you thought you've seen it all, you walk into the lanai with spa, pool, and outside built in kitchen - the cherry on top ...the incredible custom motorized roll down privacy shades on all sides of your enclosure adding even more privacy for your leisure. Bonita Landings is a quaint community, with easy access to I-75, shopping, dining and the pristine Gulf beaches of Florida.
