Welcome! Large, cozy and comfortable duplex apartment for up to 9 (nine) guests. Super close to the beach, the water park and everything you need to live wonderful days. Well located and equipped. Practicality, autonomy and savings for guests. Apartment with two floors and just the right amount of privacy.

The space
Two-story apartment, spacious and cozy. Safety nets on the windows of the upstairs bedrooms. It has two en-suites. In one of them there is a double bed and a bunk bed. An extra single mattress is also available. The second suite has a double bed and a single bed. Ceiling fan in the living rooms and in one of the en-suites. Air-conditioning in all living rooms and bedrooms. Hand shower in the three bathrooms. On the lower floor, guests will find a large living room with a sofa, armchairs, dining table, double sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom, service area equipped with a washing machine and dryer, sink, clothesline, vacuum cleaner, etc. The apartment has a balcony with a barbecue area. The building has a large pool and garden. Two private and free garages, one of them covered. The apartment is well equipped. We have a hairdryer, iron, bed/bath linens, grill/sandwich maker, electric kettle, blender, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, fruit juicer, electric fryer (air fryer), water purifier, cable TV and Wi-Fi available.
