The space
Bright, spacious, open concept, and extremely clean!

This is a shared space which means the hosts live here full time. You will share the bathroom(s) and common space in our home with us. Your bedroom is private and has a door that can be locked.

Recently renovated space includes recessed LED lighting throughout, modern kitchen with new appliances, and updated bathrooms with new fixtures and a heated floor. Condo faces SE and as a result we get sun from early morning to late afternoon/evening.

3 bedrooms total, but only 1 bedroom will be rented out (2 people max).

There is 1 off-street parking spot available, please let me know if you'll have a vehicle in advance if possible.

Easy walk of 0.3 miles (0.48 km) to the new green line (Magoun Sq) subway station.

2-minute walk to the highly popular Highland Kitchen (Restaurant/Bar)

Your Bedroom (Private Room):
- Located on 2nd floor
- Private room with a locking door
- Sun from mid morning to late afternoon/evening
- Double size bed w/temperpedic mattress and allergen cover
- Always Fresh linens w/nice thread count, plenty of pillows & synthetic down comforter
- Built in closet space with a few small drawers, hang bars with hangers and a full length mirror
- Plentiful shelf space
- Wireless speaker ready to connect to your bluetooth or wireless device
- No TV in the room but there is Wi-Fi access
- Lock box in room and door lock from the inside.

The shared rooms:
Bathroom(s):
- Half bath on 1st floor
- Full bath on 2nd floor. All brand new fixtures and heated floor
- Glass shower enclosure, please squeegee when you're done!
- The bathrooms and bath linens are always cleaned thoroughly between guests.
- Bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided (you must provide all of your other required toiletries)
- Hair dryer
- Some basic essentials in case you forgot yours (tooth brush/paste, nail clippers, feminine care, etc)

Kitchen (1st floor):
- Access to all appliances and flatware, pots/pans, silverware, etc
- You will get your own shelf in the fridge and cabinet
- Dishwasher, toaster oven, crock pot, coffee maker, tea kettle
- Complimentary coffee and teas, cream, sugar, honey

Living Space (1st floor):
- Comfy couch with chase lounge
- Read a book within the extra bright well lit area or dim the lights and stream media on the smart TV to feed your Netflix/Hulu/Prime addiction

Office (2nd floor):
- Small workstation with large HDMI monitor to connect to
- Small selection of dumbbell weights ranging from 5-30lb

Guest access
- We will be sharing the overall condo space, but your room is private and has a lock on the door.
- You will have your own front door access code, so you can come and go as you please without worry of losing/forgetting a key.
- You will have full access to the kitchen, all appliances/flatware, pots/pans, silverware, etc
- There is no washer/dryer for guest use.

During your stay
We are friendly individuals who enjoy meeting new people and hearing good stories, but we're more than happy to accommodate your style if you prefer privacy and quiet time. We work during the week (a mix of work from home/at office) and are around on most weekends.

If you need help finding your way around town or need recommendations of where to adventure/eat/drink, we can certainly help you out!

3 bedrooms total, but only 1 bedroom will be rented out and it accommodates 2 people maximum. (No more than 2 please.)

On the cusp of East and West Somerville and located 1.5 miles from both Davis Square and Porter Square. The condo is on a quiet one-way residential street in a very safe neighborhood.

The new Green Line subway stop (Magoun Sq) is a 6-minute walk (0.3mi/0.48km) and you can access it via the walking/bike path.

A close subway means you will occasionally hear the train pass by.

If you're looking for shopping, the listing is very close to the Assembly Square shopping/outlet area. Or take the subway (Magoun Sq > Park St) and find yourself in the heart of Boston in about 20-25 minutes.

You will be close to many of the other popular surrounding squares and points of interest (Davis Sq, Porter Sq, Harvard Sq, MIT, Tufts, Magoun Sq, Ball Sq, Central Sq). All these places offer great restaurant and bar options.

If you're into walking, the walking/bike path is only a 3-minute walk (0.1 mi) away and it leads you directly into Davis Square. Or take a stroll down Highland Ave and stop at some cool little specialty coffee shops and bakeries. The Armory Arts building (5 min walk) offers summer/winter farmer markets on weekends.
