Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located Casita in west Sedona that you can access the trailhead just one block up. Walk to grocery and many great restaurants. The casita is on the street level and the main house, in which we rent out, is above. This space has all you will need with linens, tea, coffee, trail access to sugar loaf, and just a beautiful street to stay in Sedona!

The space
You have access to the studio apartment and the paver Patio just out the front door under the deck. The paver parking under the deck you can park in but if you have any leaky car please park in gravel spot. If there is a leak on the pavers we will have to get it cleaned. Thanks

You have access to the studio, one gravel parking the The patio under the deck and hammock is all yours to enjoy. Please don’t venture into other parts of the yard as they are upstairs private space. Thanks!

Other things to note
-No smoking allowed on property or in property - ther -Unfortunately, If there is smell of smoke of any kind there will be a fine to do extra cleaning or smoke repair if needed.
- The upper level is sometimes occupied with guests.
- We allow one vehicle to park at the house.
- No trailers or campers.
*No atvs or anything similar.
- There is no street parking, this uspsets the neighbors and we don’t allow guests to park on the street.

1 block from sugar loaf trailhead, amazing location. We walk to the trailhead everyday. Right in the middle of west Sedona, very peaceful neighborhood.
