A unique apartment in the historic heart of Troyes, whose access directly overlooks the cathedral forecourt. A Champagne treasure of 32 m2 hidden in a green setting from which you can enjoy doing everything on foot or by bike. Calm and enchantment to disconnect in an unsuspected universe. The space
In a historic building completely renovated Buildings of France, at the foot of the Cathedral of Troyes, ground floor apartment of 32 m2 overlooking an interior garden on the living room side and an inner courtyard on the bedroom side. From the bedroom overlooking the cathedral towers, and from the living room overlooking the garden!
The living room has a sofa, coffee table, dining area, desk area and equipped kitchen (fridge, 3-burner gas stove, 1-burner electric stove, 1 real convection oven and 1 microwave oven). A washing machine and clothes rack complete the equipment.
The separate bedroom has a comfortable double bed of 140 x 190 with a new Bultex mattress, a lamp and a bedside table.
Thermostat heating and continuous hot water.
And since January 2026, fiber with a wifi box are now in the accommodation.
