Ivanhoe is a sprawling suburb located approximately 10 kilometers northeast of Melbourne's CBD. It borders parks, nature reserves, sports facilities, and the Yarra River. Ivanhoe train station (a 9-minute walk away) is close to restaurants and shopping centers, surrounded by eateries, cafes, and retail shops, providing easy access to anywhere.

The space
The fully enclosed small backyard has drying poles and a lovely cabin which only used for hanging the laundry on rainy days. No smoking is in it.
