Welcome to our tropical oasis in the heart of Coconut Grove! Our spacious townhouse offers the perfect blend of indoor and outdoor living, with a backyard that is an absolute dream. The backyard features a gorgeous heated pool with a lounge area and a BBQ, perfect for entertaining and relaxing with loved ones.
The first level of the home features an open-concept kitchen and living room, with stainless steel appliances and a dining table that seats up to 10 guests. The living room flows seamlessly into the pool area, creating the perfect indoor-outdoor living experience. Guests will also appreciate the convenience of a powder room on the first floor.
The second level of the home features 4 en-suite bedrooms, each designed with comfort and privacy in mind. The primary suite boasts a king bed, luxury bathroom with tub and separate shower, a spacious walk-in closet, smart TV, and a dedicated workspace. The second bedroom features a king bed, full bathroom, smart TV, and walk-in closet, while the third and fourth bedrooms offer two twin beds and a queen bed, respectively, each with a private bathroom, seating area and closet.

Welcome to your home away from home! We're excited to have you stay with us and want to make sure your check-in and check-out process is as seamless as possible. Our check-in time is 3PM and check-out is 11AM. If you happen to arrive earlier or need to stay a little longer, we'll do our best to accommodate you. However, please note there may be an additional cost of $100 for early check-in or late check-out requests. Just let us know and we'll do our best to make it happen. We can't wait to have you here!

We want to ensure that your stay with us is enjoyable and comfortable, so please keep in mind the following house rules:
Upon check-in, guests must provide a valid photo ID.
Guests must be 25 years or older to book the property. Maximum 8 guests.
We offer some basic essentials including paper towels, napkins, coffee pods, toilet paper, trash bags, salt, pepper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry and dishwasher detergents.
Please note that this is not a hotel and guests are responsible for providing their own essentials should they run out
There are plenty of markets nearby for your convenience and a Walgreens that’s 24/7 a few blocks away

We cannot be held responsible for any packages received during your stay.
To maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the property, we do not allow parties or gatherings anywhere in the home or on the premises. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine of $5,000 or more per occurrence and guests will be immediately asked to vacate the property. Any fines imposed by the Police , firefighters or city related to tenants’ conduct will be billed to the tenant and the entire security deposit will be forfeited.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house or in the backyard. A fine of $500 per occurrence will be taken from the security deposit if this rule is violated.
Glass is not allowed in the pool area. We provide pool dinnerware for your convenience.
