For an additional cost of €15/night, guests can make use of a private garage, suitable for medium-sized cars (non suitable for SUV, SW). The request must be maid in advance.

The space
The apartment, fully furnished and equipped, consists of a large living room with an open kitchen, a dining area, and access to a 35 sqm terrace equipped with a dining table for outdoor meals and a relaxation area from spring to autumn. There are 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the others with 2 single beds each) and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite to the master bedroom.

There is also a small study with a desk and office chair, perfect for having privacy to work and use your laptop.

AVAILABLE BY RESERVATION: Guests can also access a private garage within the property for an additional fee of €15/day (suitable for a medium-sized car, no SUV, SW: length 450cm x max width 180cm x max height 165cm). The total amount must be paid in cash upon arrival.

For younger guests, we have a camping cot available, which must be requested at the time of booking.

*Check-in is by appointment from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Guests are kindly requested to communicate the approximate arrival time at least one day before check-in.

**LATE CHECK-IN: from 10:00pm until midnight incurs a fee of €40. The amount must be paid in cash upon key handover.
CHECK-IN AFTER MIDNIGHT IS NOT ALLOWED.

***The maximum number of guests is 6, including infants (Italian law considers children under 2 years old as guests as well)
