Guest access
The house is in a small subdivision. You will have a one car garage and two more parking spots in the driveway. You must access the garage through the house. The closet in the bedroom with bunk beds will be locked for cleaning supplies storage

Other things to note
No smoking of cigarettes cigars , marijuana or vaping inside the house. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee.

No parties or events.

If you leave items on the property after departure, you will be responsible for the cost to return them plus an additional $20.
