Enjoy a romantic getaway at this cozy home. On chilly nights or weather-challenged days, fire up the wood stove and relax with a glass of wine. On warm summer nites enjoy the A/C or wide open windows and cool breezes. Within walking distance to a private beach and Rocky Neck State Park. The backyard abuts a nature preserve with walking paths. Only 3 miles from Niantic Main Street, boardwalk, restaurants, breweries, marinas, and LIVE theater.

The space
Sweet 2 bedroom, 1 bath (shower) home with cozy living room and kitchen. For cooler evenings enjoy the wood stove in the living room or the fire pit outside. They are both stocked with plenty of kindling and firewood.

Guest access
You have the entire ground floor. Basement is locked and off limits.

Other things to note
The backyard is a fun terraced space with a multi-layered stone patio (not quite finished yet) and a firepit for your enjoyment. There is a bocce set available for your use as well as colorful Adirondack chairs for spectators in your group. Access to the beach with clean beach towels!
