We are a Hungarian/ Canadian couple - both researchers on environmental questions- with 3 children. We rent out a private room with private bathroom and private little kitchen in our family villa in Sunnersta, 8 km south to Uppsala. We are 300-500 meters away from the lake (Ekoln), and a small alpine skiing centre (Uppsala Alpine Center). There are also cross-country skiing opportunities very close. The Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences' campus is about 12-15 minutes by bike. Uppsala centre is about 40 minutes by town, 32 minutes by (direct) bus. You are welcome to use one of our bicycles! Your room has its own private entrance. Please mind that we have 3 small children and you may hear them from your side of the house. They usually go to sleep early though.
