Directly on the Gulf in Bradenton Beach — white sand stretches in both directions from the front of the building and chaise lounges are set out at beachside for guests. Beach House Resort #10 is a three-bedroom unit with a private spa, a large open deck overlooking the beach, and a sleeping configuration that handles ten guests across proper beds.

The bunk house is the family differentiator. The third bedroom has two queen beds and two twin beds — four guests in one room, with everyone in a real bed. The master suite has a king bed and a garden tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed. A half bath is available in the living area. Two full bathrooms serve the upstairs bedrooms. An in-unit washer and dryer is included. The kitchen is fully equipped for a group of ten.

The open deck faces the Gulf — the right spot for morning coffee and evening sunsets over the water.

Minimum stay: seven nights during winter months and June/July. Three-night stays are available during slower periods — contact IVP to confirm current availability.

Parking for two vehicles. Not pet-friendly.

Island Vacation Properties, LLC was founded in July, 2000 by Ann Caron, a real estate broker with fourteen years of property management experience on Anna Maria Island. It was Ann’s firm belief that by providing unique services otherwise unavailable to property owners and guests, Island Vacation Properties would fill a void desperately needed in the marketplace. By focusing on ethical behavior and quality service, she knew that a competitive advantage was attainable. She also believed that the opportunity existed to cultivate trust and integrity into the real estate and property management field on Anna Maria Island. When Ann retired in 2016 Bill and Sara Annis bought the company and carry on Ann’s founding beliefs. Sara has been with Island Vacation Properties since 2005 and at the time of purchase was the rental manager. Bill joined Island Vacation Properties in 2013.
