The space
Conveniently located on the ground and 1st floors, these four studios, each approximately 13 square meters in size, are perfect for the modern city-goer. Featuring central under-floor heating, hardwood floors, and a cosy atmosphere, each studio is equipped with a double bed, an efficient kitchenette, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower.

We've taken care to provide all essentials, including towels, linens, and initial toiletries (except toothpaste), to make your stay effortless and enjoyable

Our check-in process is smooth and convenient, featuring a self-check-in system.

Please note that the building is not manned 24 hours, and there will be no one to meet you upon check-in.

You will receive an email to check in to the property once the booking is processed, typically within 12-24 hours of your booking.

After you complete the check-in form, you will receive all the necessary arrival information via an automated email two days prior to your stay. This email will include detailed instructions on accessing the main entrance using a code, and retrieving your key from a secure lockbox within the building.

Additionally, you will gain access to our guest app, which provides videos on how to find the property, key troubleshooting, and FAQs. You will be able to communicate with us via a 24-hour emergency line and also through a non-urgent chat in our guest app

The apartment includes central heating for your comfort. During the summer, a fan is provided, but please note that there is no air conditioning. The building contains stairs and does not have a lift.

Regular service cleans are not included; they can be arranged for an additional fee. We provide initial essentials like toilet paper, shower gel, and shampoo, but further replenishment is up to you.

To ensure a peaceful environment, house parties are not permitted, and we request that guests be considerate of each other. Bicycles and smoking are not allowed on the property.

Our complimentary Wi-Fi is suitable for personal use, and we will assist promptly with any issues. However, we cannot take any liability for professional use and any downtime which may cause loss of earnings.

Please note that we do not provide oil, milk, or toasters (due to the sensitivity of the smoke alarms).
