Apartment with private garden on the ground floor of a duplex. The owners live on the first floor. Situated on the edge of the Old town of Chianciano combines the advantages of proximity to shops and services with those of the campaign. Suitable for families with children.

Apartment on the ground floor square meters 85 with a garden of 200 square meters in a quiet , bright and sunny location . A spacious double room plus a twin- bedded room , living room, kitchen , bathroom.
The furniture is not modern. By our choice we have left family forniture, some of which is antique but in exellent condition and functional, with the aim of offering a more personal and authentic atmosphere.
Max . 4 people. Fenced property and suitable for families with children. Minimum duration of stay 4 nights. The price includes : Internet WI - FI unlimited, hot and cold water , electricity , gas for cooking , linen.

I am a former high school teacher currently retired. I live with my wife Isabella in Chianciano Terme (Siena). We have three children, only one of whom still lives with us. The other two have their own family, but they often come to visit. We have three beautiful and lively grandchildren (Website hidden by Airbnb) years old. We like to read, especially Isabella, and travel, especially to me. We prefer to organize our own trips because the experience has taught us that it is easier to connect with the people of the places we visit and learn more about ways of living and thinking. The apartment we have decided to rent is also an important opportunity to meet people from another language and culture and to expand our knowledge. We are both passionate about our territory, its natural and artistic beauty, its history. We are both members of the local Archaeological Museum which contains interesting and original finds of the ancient Etruscan civilization. We like to share these passions with guests and help them, if they wish, to discover the deep values of our land and our people.
