Room in a guest suite

Your own room in a home, plus access to shared spaces.
This space is connected to the house but does not have access into it. It will be your own space as seen in the photos! You will be able to relax and drink coffee on the patio right in front of your room surrounded by redwoods. Listen to the bird chirp or the river flowing depending on what time of year you come!

***you will probably hear toddlers and children

The space
Take it easy at this unique redwood getaway. A short 5 minute walk to the mystery spot. 15 minutes to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk and nice restaurants. Uber/Uber eats works.

No animals allowed.

Enjoy the the full bathroom with a shower, and a kitchenette complete with sink, microwave, and fridge/freezer. There is no stove/oven. There is great WiFi and a Roku ready for you to use!

****we no longer have roosters on the property but you will hear children.

$30 per hr for early check in fee if wanted.

One wall is shared with our garage so you will hear the garage open and close. Maybe the washer and dryer as well.

Other things to note
There is one gravel parking spot and guest parking on the street.

There is a rooster that does make sounds around 6:30 am.

Some landscape noises will happen all of January!
