This house is an original 1920s bungalow in historic Montrose, the famous, vibrant neighborhood centrally located to everything in Houston. Located in one of the few pedestrian-friendly neighborhoods in Houston, the house has restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and parks all within easy walking distance.

The space
Centrally located to everything in Houston. The house has off-street parking but is fine for those without cars. Downtown is a 10-minute bus ride or $5 Uber away.

The house itself has indoor and outdoor charm with spacious rooms and high ceilings, as well as a front porch and gazebo in back. It is perfect for relaxing at home after a day of work meetings or sight-seeing.
