The apartment has been completely and modernly renovated. It has all the comforts for a pleasant beach vacation or a winter stay. The beach of Albir is only a 7-minute walk away.
The first bars and restaurants are just around the corner. Supermarkets such as Consum and Mercadona. The apartment overlooks the Mediterranean Sea, the boulevard to Altea and the mountains of Calpe.
From the bedroom and balcony you have a beautiful view of the mountains around Albir and the skyline of Benidorm. Apartment has a bedroom and a bathroom for a total of 2 people. The apartment is fully and modernly equipped. In addition to all the normal things, you will find a 50" flat screen TV with international TV channels, radio, fiber internet and free WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher and so on.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a combination microwave fridge, ceramic hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and so on.
The bedroom has a king size bed of 180 x 200 that can be divided into two separate beds. The completely renovated bathroom has a rain shower, a toilet, and a sink with hairdryer.
The apartment has new and very quiet air conditioner that can cool and heat.

Casa la Mar is situated on the 3th floor and therefor has amazing sea-views on the Mediterráneo. ofcourse with an elevator to bring you up and down in a jiffy
