Recently renovated. New floors, paint, and newly refinished kitchen cabinets. The property has a spacious backyard with a gate for your pets.

The space
Two large bedrooms. Each with it's own queen bed and closet space.
One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom.
Spacious open floor plan with an inviting living room/kitchen.

Please be mindful the house is approximately 110 years old.
There are some intricacies to the home that come with age.
Not all windows work, some are painted shut.

No smoking is allowed in the house.
