We are a family of Artists, Archaeologists and Farmers. We love to read, as you will see from our large book collection, we love to travel and some of us love to paint. We try to grow as much of our own food as possible. We have our own Zingy apple juice brand, homemade honey and fresh eggs, fruit and veg daily. We put our heart and soul into caring for this 300 year old castle. Shankill is a fantastic otherworldly place and we are delighted to share it with others.
